DETAILS: Magnolia Way is a spacious 5–bedroom, 5–bathroom WaterColor home that sleeps 12 and includes a 6–seater golf cart. Guests will love the private pool with sitting spa, screened back deck and the home’s front porch and balcony.
On the first floor, a beautiful guest bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, high ceilings, a king bed, and enjoys access to the home’s cozy front porch. A hallway leads to an open living, kitchen, and dining space filled with natural light from tall, skinny windows. White shiplap walls, dark hardwood floors, and a soothing color palette of white, khaki, and blue are a refined backdrop for the open dining and living area. Slipcovered sofas and chairs surround a flat–screen TV and enjoy floor–to–ceiling views of the outdoor living area through a wall of French doors that open to a delightful outdoor entertaining area. A screened deck has a flat–screen TV surrounded by slipcovered sofas and chairs. It’s a great place to gather and relax after a day at the beach. Steps lead down to a pool deck, where Adirondack chairs and chaise loungers overlook a delightful pool with a large sitting spa. Back inside the home, marble countertops and premium appliances blend seamlessly in a chef’s kitchen with a separate coffee bar. A walk-in laundry area with a sink and shelves is tucked behind the kitchen.
At the landing on the second floor is a fun little bunk area that is wonderful for younger guests. 2 twin–over–twin bunk beds and a window seat made for daydreaming are hidden by curtains that tie back during the day. A large primary bedroom has French doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the pool and backyard, and its bathroom, with a soaking tub and separate shower, feels beachy thanks to sea–blue tiles and white shiplap walls. A guest bedroom has a king bed, access to the front balcony, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A second guest bedroom also has a king bed, a shared bathroom with a shower, and access to the front balcony.
The third floor seems designed around late–night conversations and movie marathons. An adorable bunk room has 4 twin–over–twin bunk beds, a private bathroom with shower, a living area with oversized bean bags, a sofa, flat–screen TV, and views of the treetops.
