The house views and space were outstanding. We loved the large kitchen, dining table, sitting area and tv viewing location all in one big room. It allows for great interaction with a big group. The interior of the house was very clean and fairly current. We were disappointed in the condition of the outside deck and the furniture cushions were quite dirty with spots. In addition, the house is said to have a private beach but that was not the reality at all. There were many set ups from non-owners and non-guests for a good part of the beach. We saw the no trespassing signs but there was no attempt to enforce it.

We had an amazing time. The house had an incredible view and perfect proximity to the beach. The icemaker didn't work but we managed with bagged ice. That was my only complaint and the 360 team was super responsive. We would most certainly stay here again or other 360 properties.

We had a very nice time at this home as there was plenty of room for all of us. It worked out so well with being so close to the ocean and also the lake. We were thankful that Hurricane Helene stayed to the east of our location. It took a few days for the double red flags to get removed but the grandkids really enjoyed the lake during that time. I would recommend this place and look forward to return another time.

Great Location, perfect gathering spaces and a very responsive team of Hope at Stephen. The only downfall is I tried to book again for a 3rd year and it's already taken. We had so much fun at our stay at Sarayu! We have stayed with 360 Blue multiple times before and keep coming back because of how good it is. Our group of girls had such a relaxing time and enjoyed experiences booked through 360 Blue which included beach yoga and a beach bonfire right outside our rental home. We love Sarayu! The house is beautifully appointed and works so well for our family of 15 (8 adults and 7 children under 7). Plenty of bedrooms (the third floor bunk room is perfect for young children!) and baths. The kitchen redo is amazing, and the kitchen is stocked with every utensil and appliance you could ever need. The addition to the parking area is a fantastic upgrade; it makes moving cars around so much easier! Also, thanks for the addition of the spa! We loved it! We hope to return for summer #3 next year!

The home was beautiful, the kitchen stocked with every appliance you could imagine. Every contact with the company was answered promptly and every issue resolved promptly as well. When we found out we had a problem with some crib deliveries from an outside company, Hope worked quickly to find us another vendor and ordered the cribs, averting some real panic for one of our moms.

This house is in a perfect location and has an amazing layout. I had my 40th bday party with close friends and everyone had their own space. As well as being able to walk right down to our own private beach. The decor was absolutely fabulous! We will definitely be renting this beautiful home again!

We brought two of our adult children with four grandchildren for a week on the beach. Perfect house during Covid. Everything we needed was right there. Great beach, great pool, lots of room. Because of pandemic we did not experience the area as we would have liked, but the house was beautiful and helped create many wonderful memories.

This was an amazing house and location with spectacular views of the beach and lake. Everyone in our large group had plenty of space and continuously commented on how wonderful the house and location was. The golf cart is a great amenity to explore 30A. It was simply one of the best vacations we've ever had. The 360 Blue personal concierge assigned to us was Hope, and she was very helpful and responsive - a very nice touch. It was all truly wonderful!

We had a great time at this house. It was perfect for the 3 families that went--we had 19 people in all. Everybody had space and the kids enjoyed the top floor. The living area with the large picture windows and beautiful view was awesome. The couch, that sitting area, and the large table was perfect for our crew. The location was great and we love having a pool on the beach side. It makes it much easier with kids. Katie was the 360 Blue staff assigned to us. She was very helpful the entire trip and responded to any questions or concerns immediately. It is nice to have someone to quickly text and she was quick and responsive while we were planning our trip. Make sure you sit on the top balcony at night in the rockers. It is relaxing and peaceful.

What a fantastic house to gather your whole family. The best part of the property is not the outstanding interior amenities, but the location! To have a lake AND the Gulf of Mexico at your back door is amazing. We were so fortunate the weather was beautiful for our entire stay. It was also nice to have beach cruisers we could pedal to coffee and ice cream (Kahve & Cream) right at the end of our road. It truly is Location, Location, Location. 360 Blue is also super professional and easy to work with before, during and after your stay.

Very nice, three generation, family vacation. First beach trip for 3 and 1 year old grandchildren. Close access to the beach, coupled with the private pool were ideal for small children.

We had a great spring break vacation in Santa Rosa Beach with our family and friends. House is beautiful and big, can sleep 20 people easily. Great house right on the beach with beautiful ocean view. Close to Seaside where you can find great shops and restaurants. We had a great time!!!

Amazing house! Beautiful views from every room, lots of privacy when needed, loved each bedroom having its own bathroom, kitchen was so fun to cook in for our large group, heated pool was awesome, access to beach was right there, loved riding the bikes, comfortable beds, quiet bedrooms, could open windows to hear the ocean, TVs in almost all rooms, and I loved how the house was perfect for large groups.

My family rented 187 San Roy for a family get together. The size was perfect! We had 16 people staying at the house, the layout of beds to bathrooms was awesome. The views are what truly make this experience FIVE STAR! They're out of this world having coffee in the sitting area or drinks by the pool. A good time was had by all! I would recommend that the grill be checked between renters. We planned on grilling one night to discover the grill connector wasn't working. When a wine opener couldn't be found 360 brought two over ASAP! Your service is great! Thanks for a wonderful week!

We had the most amazing vacation at this home, it truly felt like we didn't want for a thing, anything you can dream of it is right there. So comfortable, from the bedrooms to the lounging areas, great kitchen to have big family meals in. So kid friendly as well, the memories we made are priceless. The heated pool makes any chilly night feel warm again, we loved waking up to walk the sunrise and each night as the sun would set we made sure to enjoy as well. The sand is at your back door if you want a break from the beautiful pool, you can head to the glorious emerald water for a dip. The staff was overly accommodating and so very nice, they want you to have the best stay possible and they go to every extent to make sure that it is done!! We are already planning our trips back, as we head back ""home"" we are already missing our ""beach Home"" at 187 San Roy... thanks 360 blue you really outdid yourselves!

We always have a great 30A experience. This house makes the beach home. There is not an amenity this home doesn't offer, along with all the comforts of home plus some. You truly have the ocean out your front door and Eastern Lake out the back. We were here with six couples celebrating a 50th birthday. The first floor is best! Kitchen + sofa + siting area + dining table, front doors and back doors open. Bringing the outside in! By far the best family and party house we have ever done on the beach. Bikes to ride, a pool to swim in and sand at your feet. In closing, the master bedroom is a 20. The bathroom is a 10 and bedroom view is priceless. The entire house is perfect and well thought out for couples and multiple families. We had a blast!

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday at Sarayu. It was an incredible week! We parasailed and rode wave runners at Boogies, charter fished on the Spacial K, and experienced Hurricane Nate. All unforgettable! The house was everything the photos promised. It had everything we needed; especially the kitchen had every gadget one could think of. The views were the star though, stunning in every direction. It was truly memorable!

House & location is so beautiful. At this time of year we almost had a private beach!Apparently, there was a big water leak the week prior to our arrival, & that messed things up. The garage was never available & one primary shared bath was out of service all week & put a bit of a damper on the stay. The fixes from 360 Blue were a tad over-promised & under-delivered. In spite of that slight letdown, our week was great. It was our family's 2nd visit to 30A (all 20 of us) & we all want to go back again.

Our stay at Sarayu was amazing! The house was stunning and the views incredible! The only complaint that we had about the house was there was no window treatments on the Windows in the bedrooms. It was a brand new house so hopefully that had been added. 360 Blue concierge was so helpful setting up reservations and answering questions we had. Thanks so much for a great trip!
