My family enjoyed our stay in Unit 103B very much. Would stay here again. We had a party of 10 people and this unit was the perfect size to accommodate all of us. The rooms were good size, beds were comfortable. We were all spread out enough that we were able to have our own personal space, but still felt like we were together. The common areas were a good size for our group as well, although we spent most of our time outside.
The view from the unit is beautiful! The pool is right out the back door and the boardwalk to the beach is only a couple of doors down. We were worried at first that there would be too much traffic back and forth in front of our door with the pool and boardwalk being so close (especially in the middle of July), however it was never an issue.
I finally got a link w/ all the info about parking and wifi, etc. the day before we left, which wouldve been useful on day 1, but that's really the only negative thing I could say about our experience! Highly recommend!

Excellent location for families. Beachfront and right behind the heated infinity pool.
My only recommendations would be updating the entertainment systems to smart tvs and adding additional cookware.

103B was the perfect spot for our group. My daughter has three young children including a two month old who slept in the bunk room/large closet. The proximity to the pool (steps away) was great. She could play with the others while the baby slept. The kitchen was well stocked, the four bedrooms were nice sizes, the beds very comfortable and bathrooms clean. And the view!!!! The crowds at spring break in 30A were a bit much. If we came back it would definitely be a different month, but would definitely rent this unit. We were very pleased.

Always a great time at Adagio! Walking / biking path on 30a is great, so many stops for food and shopping and beach along the way. Adagio hot tub and cold plunge pool and heated pool and grassy play area for kids are such a bonus. Quiet evenings are perfect for family time. Enjoy!

We had a great time at the Adagio condominium rented from 360Blue. It was just as they had listed on their site and we were extremely pleased. It was clean and completely stocked with toiletries and plenty of linens. I highly recommend 360Blue for your travel plans.

Our family beach trip was wonderful! Our condo was in the perfect location and it had everything we needed. Loved having the large table on the patio. Suggestions for the condo. It needs painting and a little updating. Also, I don’t believe the floor under the beds have been cleaned in a long time and there was mold in the master shower and around the shower door.

Perfect location. Beautiful condo. Only a few problems like Televisions need to be updated. Smart TVs are a must nowadays.
Lights were burned out in rooms and over range.
Overall we would definitely stay there again.

I wrote this when I checked out but this unit is starting to show obvious signs of wear. The outside furniture is dated and it would be great to have some comfortable furniture that you could relax in on the patio. Suggest maybe a chase lounge or 2. The first two bedrooms when coming in have little to no TV reception. The bathrooms in both of those rooms are having issues with the toilets flushing. You have to hold down on the handles to get them to flush properly and the first bedroom to the left has no fan so it gets rather steamy in there. The lamp in the first bedroom on the right is very crooked and has been that way since last year. The towel bar in the master bath was fixed during our stay and we appreciate that so much as well as the switches in the first bedroom to the right. We love this location and the resort itself but will likely look for another unit next year.

This is the third time we've stayed at this unit. The 7 year old grandkids keep requesting it which says a lot. Spacious enough for all of us (10). Beautiful, beautiful spot.

Our family had a wonderful time at your place! The weather was touch-and-go but watching the storms from the spacious patio was breathtaking. The unit had gorgeous decorations and was fully supplied with everything we needed (dishes, cooking tools, etc.). The location was perfect right in front of the pool and with a direct ocean view. 10/10 would recommend!

Best week at the beach we've ever had. The pictures of this condo and THE VIEW does not do it justice. We've been going to Florida for 30+ years and we've never found a condo that we wanted to return to for the following yet until now. We had to call 360Blue twice during our stay and both times they couldn't have been any nicer. The responses were timely and professional. Amazing experience!!

My family had a wonderful experience renting this unit for our vacation. Having never rented a vacation home online, we really didn't know what to expect. Everything from the first moment in renting to the check out and follow up was flawless. The condo unit was gorgeous and perfectly located on the first floor with the pool and beach right outside the patio door. Perfect for our family and three toddler boys. We would stay in this unit again and will most definitely rent with 360 Blue in the future.

We love Adagio- this was our 4th year staying there. Our condo was nice. I think the living room couch snd chair are in need of cleaning pretty bad. The parking situation for 3 cars is understandable if there was a good place to park 3rd car until opening. But everywhere was a tow zone. Scott was a big help.

Condo was great!. Pictures don't do it justice. The location in Blue Mountain was very convenient without being in a over populated place. The location within the condominium complex couldn't have been better, easy access to beach and right in front of the smaller pool. The condo was bigger than we thought. Has 4 full bedrooms and a separate bunk room. We had 4 adults and 5 children and had plenty of rooms. Great time will be back.

What an amazing place! We loved every minute of our stay at B103. The unit was even nicer in person than it looked online - and it was so clean it seemed like nobody had ever stayed there before us. The pools were awesome, the ocean was crystal perfect, and we're sad it's over!

Our stay was amazing! Nicest condo we have stayed in and this was our 9th year coming down. Very spacious, extremely clean condo. Everything worked well amd the convienance of the pool and beach were perfect. Had an issue with a last min change and I cant thank 360 Blue enough for taking care of it and truly caring about our vacation on a personal level, they were very professional and went above and beyond all week to accomodate our needs. We found the unit last minute for an impromptu Spring Break trip. We were blown away when we arrived. The location was perfect for our younger kids with the infinity pool literally steps from our door and the beach was breath takingly beautiful. We made awesome memories and plan to be back to make more.

We had a wonderful stay at Adagio--Unit B103 last week! The unit was very nice and a perfect location--right in front of the gulf pool and just steps to the beach. The only thing I would recommend would be to improve the outdoor patio furniture in this unit. The table was broken & the wooden chairs all need cushions. Many of the other units had nicer, more comfortable patio furniture. With such a great view from this patio, guests certainly want to enjoy the outdoor seating. The decor in this unit inside was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely recommend this condo to other guests! Thank you for a great stay!

We had an awesome time ! Great beach and pool access. I agree with the previous comments about the appliances needing repair (fridge/ freezer). I expected the unit to be a little cleaner upon arrival -- the floor was dirty in spots and there were a lot of dust bunnies throughout the unit.

Nice condo, very roomy. View and location was priceless for our family with kids. Appliances were not up to par for a luxury rental, even though they were Viking, they are old and the freezer ruined some of our food. If they fixed them this place would be top notch!
