Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Relax in the center of town in this Caribbean-inspired haven with accommodations for 4 overlooking Cerulean Park. Dark rattan and island green furnishings against creamy walls and light wood floors create an upscale coastal atmosphere. The living room is furnished with a pale khaki sofa, pair of comfortable chairs, and antiqued sage armoire housing a flatscreen TV. The adjacent guest room has a queen sofa sleeper and enjoys access to the furnished screened balcony with park views.
The primary suite contains a queen bed and teak armoire housing a smart tv. Its private bath features a deep, jetted tub and single vanity. The kitchen has warm-toned cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. There's room for 2 at the breakfast bar, with dining for 6 at the nearby table. The second bath is equipped with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Open and screened balconies offer great vantage points for relaxing in this multi-family residence in the center of town.

Watercolor was an amazing time. The pools and beach allowed for an enough variation that our 2 yrs old never got board and loved it all. It was all a very relaxing environment. I really loved where we stayed too. The condo was very nice and spacious!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect; right across the street from the Watercolor Beach Club and beach access, and a five minute bike ride to Camp Watercolor and Seaside. Bike riding in the area was so lovely and one of our favorite parts - both riding through the quaint neighborhoods with beach houses and the very close nature preserve trails to get to Camp Watercolor. The kitchen was well stocked and modern, and we appreciated the upscale decor. Another favorite was the screened in porch with breakfast table and adjacent porch with adirondacks and a swing. And there was in unit laundry! Loved all around.

This was our first time to Water Color and overall we had a great time and plan to return to the area. The property was convenient to the pool, beach, various hiking trails and local shopping. The unit had all space my wife and I needed including a nice balcony, good size kitchen, comfortable living room and a good TV to watch at night. One negative for us was the size and comfort of the bed. The bedroom was easily big enough to accommodate a king size bed but it was just a queen. The bed was not comfortable at all and we would not return to this unit with the current bed situation. Additionally, the trash dumpster was right outside and between 6 and 6:30 each morning the trash service arrived and made a lot of noise. Finally, on our last night on site, another group moved in above us about 11p and it was VERY NOISY. They had a big dog that barked and you could hear every step on the wood floors in what sounded like a rugby match above us. Fortunately, it was only an issue on our final...

This condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location is amazing! It's close to Seaside and Watercolor Inn. Short walk to the beach and shops. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The porch swing was an added bonus!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this vacation to Florida. Living on the West Coast we usually do one of the Hawaii Islands, but we wanted to switch it up and try Florida. Watercolor was Awesome! very kid friendly and the pools are fantastic. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised by the size of our condo, it was bigger than we expected. The location is what is really great about it. You are literally right across the street from the beach club /beach, which is very convenient especially when you have children. Also, you are within walking distance of Seaside ( maybe a .5 mile). The pull out couch was perfect for our 8 and 4 years old. While it would have been nice to have a bigger bed in the bedroom, its certainly not a deal breaker for us. We are going to make Watercolor/30A part of our vacation rotation in the future, and we would stay at this location again.

Great location, well equipped and clean. Giving 4 stars for experience because our bike had a flat tire, issue addressed but than than could not unlock them because combination did not work. Also, linens were missing for the pull out sofas and our girls had to make do our first night. Despite the minor issues, service was great and effort was made to fix the issues. Would stay here again!

Location was perfect for our 5 days vacation. My husband and I enjoyed the easy access to the Watercolor Beach Club and stores nearby. Having the two bikes was nice as well. The unit was clean and stocked well. Our main complaint is the size and discomfort of the bed. It only comes with a queen size bed and it's not comfortable!! It would keep me from staying here again. Otherwise, nice unit and again the location is excellent.

My daughter, her friends and I truly enjoyed staying in this condo. It was the perfect size and it was conveniently located to everything! I enjoyed the afternoon porch swing while the girls rode bikes and enjoyed the numerous pools. I would definitely stay here again with small parties.

Outstanding property! Thoroughly enjoyed the short week there. Watercolor was a quiet, clean, relaxing little paradise on the beach. Walking distance to the beach and pools. Bike rides around the neighborhood we're terrific and the wine & cheese bar right below us was just fabulous! Just 2 blocks from a terrific little shopping area and several good restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Just couldn't ask for better location and accommodations!

We had a wonderful time! Condo was perfect size and location. We have stayed several places in Watercolor and would definitely stay here again (sad to see its already booked for our fall getaway). Easy access for everything important to us in Watercolor and Seaside. Having not stayed in a condo before I was concerned about noise but it was pleasantly quite. 360Blue does a great job!

We stayed here for our babymoon and did not want to leave! The location of the unit is ideally located just steps to the beach club and the boathouse, both of which we utilized daily. We loved being a short walk to seaside too for more dining and shopping options. The unit was impeccable, comfortable, and bright, and had everything we needed for the week (once we supplemented with some groceries). We also had a photo shoot with Jennifer Briggs of 850 Photo on the beach, and received our photos back over the next 2 days - they came out great! Can't wait to come back.
