Gather around the traditional dining table that seats 6 on rattan chairs while enjoying neighborhood views from the surrounding picture windows. With multiple doors leading out to the screened-in back porch, there are plenty of options for enjoying the natural setting, including ample seating and a bar table on the porch, as well as a patio area below with Adirondack seating, a picnic table, a propane grill—and even an outdoor shower. Both first-floor guest bedrooms feature king beds and French doors that open onto the back porch, allowing for sunset views over the dunes.     Lion’s Paw was beautifully furnished and clean. We especially liked the two ground-floor master bedrooms and the location with it’s proximity to St. Joe Park. The only drawback for me was the boardwalk to the beach. Lots of steps, so if you’re loaded with beach things, it may be difficult. The steps downward to the beach were too steep for me. The pool was a plus…just too cold during our week.

    We loved the house and location to the state park and beach! It was in a very quiet, secluded area and allowed for a restful week of lounging. We will definitely book this house again when we visit the Cape.
