A spacious 1670 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo featuring Gulf views, fireplace, walnut floors - and a lovely but brief walk to the beach. Savor your morning coffee on one of the balconies as you make plans for an amazing day. Of course, all the dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities are right outside your door, mere feet away on cobblestone streets and winding paths.
Near-floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen offers select stainless appliances, including a Viking gas range, designer cabinets, and white quartz countertops. It opens into the dining area, with table seating for 6 and seating for 3 at the counter.
The living room offers a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen television, and French door balcony access - the perfect place to gather in the evening with family and friends.
The sizeable 22'X14' primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen television, an extended 6'X9' sitting room with gorgeous views, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanities, seated makeup vanity, and shower. On the opposite corner of the floor-plan is the guest bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The living room has a convenient half-bath close by.

- Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am& 8 pm-10 pm)
- Cabana Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Best location in Rosemary Beach. Under five minute walk to the beach, everything needed, They had shampoo and coffee for us… Along with a fully equipped home.
