How do we gauge success? Over 83% of our bookings come directly through our website (industry average: 10% to 20%), while 50% of our guests have booked with us before (industry average: 15%).

We do revenue management better than anyone. We are the creators of Key Data Dashboard, the industry’s leading revenue management and data visualization software that helps homeowners realize greater occupancy and better rates. Our homeowners receive detailed monthly accounting statements showing all fiscal activity. Moreover, they won’t see any administrative fees or statement markups—because we don’t have any. We also pay all taxes on behalf of our homeowners.

Ensuring that each home is properly maintained is our primary responsibility. We assigned each homeowner a dedicated in-house Maintenance Tech who is backed by a Maintenance team and specialized service providers who are on call 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise. We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees, nor do we markup charges on third-party maintenance services. Best of all: Each of our homeowners has a single point of contact for ALL of their home management needs—their dedicated Property Manager.

Our goal is to impress every guest with industry-leading quality of service in every corner of the home. Each 360 Blue property is assigned a dedicated housekeeping team who cleans the home after every guest check out, allowing them to become intimately familiar with the features that make it unique. As reflected in our Clean Linen Program, linens and towels are freshly laundered to hospital standards at our state-of-the-art off-site facility.

What design improvements generate the greatest return on investment? We talk to guests every day, and we know what they like. We’ll share our insights with you and develop a design plan that will pinpoint improvements to help keep your home booked at a higher rate.

HOW DOES 360 BLUE CHOOSE NEW PROPERTIES TO MANAGE?

Our Business Development team will develop a detailed analysis, along with a complete, honest and accurate rental projection. This homework will help ensure that your vacation home is a proper fit for 360 Blue. Please bear in mind that we cannot accept every home onto our program.
