Just as the name suggests, WaterColor’s Forest District is nestled among coastal pines, creating an unforgettable backdrop for your beach retreat. Conveniently located with easy access to Camp WaterColor, shopping and dining, this neighborhood offers something for everyone.
The WaterColor HOA requires all guests 5 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER to wear HOA-provided wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as the community pools and the WaterColor beach area.
To receive the proper number of amenity wristbands from the WaterColor HOA, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. Guest 5 years of age or older need to be listed as an adult.
Please bear in mind that the WaterColor HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Also, please note that they are CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any wristbands that are lost.
