It all started in 2008 with a circle of friends and family, and a handful of high-end properties along Scenic Highway 30A. At the time, the vacation rental market was in dire need of change for homeowners and guests alike. Although small, our newly-minted company was determined to be an agent of that change. What would we do differently? Focus on a set of core principles that included honesty, integrity and hard work. How would we set ourselves apart? Offer exceptional service by maintaining an exceptionally high one-to-four employee-to-property ratio.
The strategy worked. As the seasons came and went, we took on one amazing property after another, gradually building an extraordinary portfolio of high-end luxury homes, and commensurately hiring the best local professionals. Over time, word spread that 360 Blue offered not only amazing homes but extraordinary boutique-level service.
All the while, we were looking for ways to innovate. This was perhaps most evident when we developed a mobile app that allowed guests to communicate with us in real-time. It proved so popular that it’s now used by property managers around the world. Heartened by this success in the tech space, we went on to develop Key Data Dashboard, an industry-leading revenue management software tool that helps our homeowners achieve greater occupancy and revenue.
With success came growth. In 2017, we acquired the entirety of the St. Joe portfolio in WaterColor and WaterSound. A few years later, we partnered with Natural Retreats, a leading luxury vacation rental company with 15 destinations nationwide. The merger brought together two of the strongest brands and management operations in the luxury vacation rental space, and gave our Emerald Coast homeowners access to a vast new market of high-end vacation travelers. As the company grew, so did our teams. Throughout the journey we maintained our one-to-four employee-to-property ratio. Each step of the way we came back to our core principles of honesty, integrity and hard work.
In the spring of 2022, we introduced Callista Vacations, a stand-alone brand dedicated to midsized luxury vacation homes and condominiums. The brand offered our guests an entire portfolio of single-family “affordable luxury” accommodations to choose from—all of them located among the distinctive communities of Florida’s Emerald Coast.
Today, 360 Blue represents the finest collection of luxury vacation homes on the Emerald Coast—from Scenic Highway 30A to Destin. Our passionate and locally-based 175-member team continues to provide world-class service, ensuring our guests the vacation of a lifetime.
