Feel the stress of daily life melt away while sitting on one of the home’s expansive decks while taking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The living area is located on the second floor. Here you’ll find a contemporary kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and lovely bay views from the windows above the sink. The stylish dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen. Here you’ll find a table that seats eight, along with impressive beach and water views from the windows that surround you. The very well-appointed living room is located just off the dining area. It comes replete with a comfortable armchair and couch, as well as a flatscreen Smart TV. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower just off the living room. Access to an expansive deck is located just off the living area. It features several Adirondack chairs, a large table, and a propane grill, should you like to prepare your meals outside. Imagine sitting on the deck with your morning coffee while you enjoy the impressive views of the Gulf! Guests can get some rest in one of three comfortable bedrooms situated on the first floor of the home: There’s a king-sized bedroom that features a comfortable chair, closet space, access to the deck, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second king-bedroom on this level boasts a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a dresser, as well as access to the deck. This bedroom shares a hall bathroom with a shower-over-tub with the bunk room. The bunk room on the first floor is ideal for the children in your group. Here you’ll find two twin-over-twin bunks with trundle. For your convenience, this home has an outdoor shower and a washer and dryer. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 9): FIRST FLOOR: - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower Only - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Shared Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo - Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds with Twin Trundle, Private Bathroom with Shower Only SECOND FLOOR: - Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area and Bathroom *Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way! *This home welcomes up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable $200 pet fee. *Due to the location of this home and its close vicinity to the Gulf of Mexico, the beach is constantly changing and shifting. At times, there may be very little or no sitting area on the beach due to erosion. * Please note that there are no longer stairs from the Living room deck leading to the beach. *Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

    We loved the view from our house from all angles. The area was beautiful and quiet despite it being spring break. There were great restaurants and we were in close proximity to Appalachicola and Port St. Joe. We will definitely be back.

    A very beautiful location to enjoy with family. The views were amazing and we could also see dolphin pods almost during our entire stay. Restaurants were in close proximity and a quaint little town look. Perfect for fur babies as well.

    Was an amazing experience and relaxing family vacation. From steps away from the back deck, I would highly recommend this home to any of our guests! I never realized we had access to the kayak there either (despite the weather). 10/10 recommend!

    Stunning location. The house had views from all sides. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen stock could use a refresh, but we weren’t doing much cooking so it wasn’t a problem. 360 Blue was great to work with and went out of their way to help.
