Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This 2-story condo is located in Watercolor less than a minute walk to the beach, shops, and the Watercolor BeachClub. On the first floor, the home offers a primary bedroom with a King bed, wall-mounted 55” Smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a screened-in porch with a porch swing. Enjoy the music on your smartphone with a wireless Sonos system. There is a large primary bath with double vanity, jetted tub, and a separate shower featuring new stone, tile, countertops, flooring and faucets. The guest bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, and renovated full bath with tub and shower. There is also a washer/dryer on the first floor.
On the second floor, the sun-drenched living space opens to a porch that is great for people watching or dining. The family room with a large Smart TV and SONOS speaker provides a casual spot to relax in overstuffed chairs and a large sofa (queen sleeper). The kitchen has new granite countertops and tile backsplash and is fully equipped with a new Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, stainless oven, microwave, and glass-front cabinets. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a table that comfortably seats 6. There is also a newly renovated private half bath on the second floor for your convenience.

Great location and condo. Loved both porches in the evening. Kitchen was well equipped including coffee. The only thing that I wish was better was the sponge provided was stiff as a board even when wet. It made it difficult to properly wash dishes. Minor issue over all. We also enjoyed the included bikes!

Our condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully well-maintained. Condo was great! We had a lovely stay and it’s location couldn’t have been more perfect and close to everything. The unit was clean and 360 Blue left starter kit amenities in each bathroom and kitchen. Appliances were new and clean. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. We enjoyed our view from the screened in porch on second floor. 360 Blue staff were helpful each time we called with any questions and super friendly. Our 2nd time at the same condo. First off our experience was wonderful and appreciate all 360Blue does to make our stay special. Would like to mention the condo could use some general maintenance - the blinds don’t work well to open/close, the downstairs entrance to the porch door won’t lock, the lights over the dining room table won’t stay on. Additionally, while everything was generally clean, we did find some food wrappers behind the bed/nightstand in the small bedroom and candy in the cushion of the couch. All minor things, but things we wanted to bring to your attention. You all do a great job. I was pleased to see after our stay last year where I mentioned the bikes were old with the seat on one about to come off, that this year there were new bikes at the condo. Really appreciate your attentiveness and listening/taking action on our review. While we will probably look for a different condo next year, kids have grown to where sharing a bed isn’t working out the best, we w...

Love watercolor..the house was good but walls thin and a baby next door ugh…so pretty loud. Our toilets overflowed the 2nd day..so we didn’t have a toilets that day which wasn’t good. They were prompt in fixing.

Great condo and perfect location. The only problem was they needed a blind or curtain in upstairs bathroom. The balcony next door could see into the bathroom. Otherwise, great property and location is fabulous.

Very nice and convenient. My only complaint is the guest bedroom needs a new mattress and maybe firmer bed. 5 ladies went and I put two friends in that room. Mattress was so bad, that one of them slept on the porch swing. Other than that, a beautiful place.

Had a lovely time in Watercolor this summer! This was our second visit to the area and we just want to pack up and relocate. It's such a quaint and beautiful place. The beach apartment was located very close to beach access and walking distance from Seaside. Great location! The apartment was cozy and comfortable. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the master shower. It had some mold and really needs a good cleaning. Besides that it was a great place to stay for our family of five.

Best beach trip with so much to do! Beach house was cute clean and perfect for our family. Very easy walk to the beach! Loved having the bikes! Loved porches. Very short walk to many restaurants etc! Did not get in the car the entire stay! Watercolor pools are great and will be even greater when the beach club pool opens. Don't like the beach chair setup (very crowded and front row was sold out for months) but luckily the public beach is right next to watercolor inn which was literally only a couple feet farther. Not too crowded. App was very easy for access, info etc. We will def use 360 Blue again.

Great condo with location close to everything. Only issue was the dishwasher was not working and it took a couple of maintenance trips before it was discovered that the water had been turned off. But the response time was quick and the staff were extremely helpful.

This is a beautiful condo! It was clean, and very comfortable. We felt right at home! There are only a few things that can be fixed easily: Please add one more red wine glass, a few more forks and tablespoons. The downside: Construction work at 6:45!

Great stay, love the area and the unit and the amenities but a few things: a house that sleeps six who is staying there for six days needs more than three tiny shampoos, conditioners and soaps. Also, the watercolor beach club pool was filthy, inside and out. No towels either at the beach club, which is inexplicable for such a property. Please fix that and clean the pool. It was a health hazard. Nasty! For the money we pay to stay here it should be spotless. In better news, the two community pools , the boathouse and the frog pool, were spectacular but alas no service there. Clean the beach club pool!!! Also there were tiny ants in the master bathroom downstairs crawling on our toothbrushes and possible mold in the master shower by the ceiling. Lastly, neighbors leaving garbage in the heat in open bags and containers outside our door.
