An open layout allows guests to enjoy a jaw-dropping view of the Gulf when they enter Beachside #13. A kitchen with premium appliances overlooks a round dining table and a casually elegant living area with French doors that open to bright blue views of the Gulf from the balcony. Chaise lounges and cushioned chairs allow guests to spend as much time as they’d like enjoying the view and the salty breezes in comfort. Inside, hardwood floors and beautiful molding are the foundation for the delicate lighting details, local artwork, and coral accents that make Beachside #13 feel like a beach home away from home.     Beachside condo #13 was the perfect rental for our group. This was my 4th time renting from 360 Blue in the Beachside condos and about the 15th overall (I've lost count). It's always been a seamless process and everything went perfectly as planned. We loved the layout and the spacious 4 bedrooms, we all agreed the beds were very comfy. The elevator was an added bonus for our family member with bad knees, and the condo pool is such a short walk. We all commented on how clean the condo pool was. The walk to the beach couldn't be any easier. We spent a lot of time on the bike trails and riding through the neighborhood, it was a great week to go because nothing was crowded. I always book through 360 Blue directly, the condo next door was $2,000 per week more on VRBO. We had a couple of repairs needed and they were dealt with right away. As a customer who has been to Watercolor 4 times in the last year, I can promise we will be back soon!
