All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. DETAILS: Talk about a Gulf side Paradise! "Beachside #7" is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom WaterColor condo that sleeps 10. Guests will love the stunning views of the pool, dunes, and Gulf. A large balcony overlooks Beachside's exclusive pool and direct beach access, and a back porch opens immediately onto the pool area. The first floor has a second comfortable living room with a queen pulldown murphy bed, a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, and a 75" Smart TV. The guest bedroom off the living room has a king bed and a shared newly remodeled bathroom with a shower. Both rooms enjoy private access to the back porch and beautiful views of the large exclusive pool and towering dunes covered in native scrub oak. Two covered, reserved parking spaces are available right next to the first floor entrance. The views only improve on the second floor! Guests can see native dunes and sparkling blue Gulf waters from an open kitchen, dining, and living area with hardwood floors. An additional entry behind the kitchen opens to a covered walkway accessible by stairs or elevator. A newly furnished guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared newly renovated bathroom with a shower also has separate access to the walkway. The beautifully renovated and inviting kitchen has premium stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, marble countertops, and a breakfast bar looking out onto a new dining table with seating for 6. Local artwork depicting Western Lake and soothing shades of white and gray create a calming environment for family and friends in the living area. The second floor living room offers a 75'' Smart TV facing a comfortable sofa, and four new armchairs with clean, modern lines. French doors open to a spacious balcony with outdoor dining tables and chairs where guests can celebrate sunset and enjoy dinner under the stars. A primary bedroom off the living area has a sleek modern king bed, two comfortable armchairs, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and access to the balcony. Located in the very heart of WaterColor, guests can walk to the Beach Club, restaurants and shopping in less than a minute, or explore nearby Seaside and Grayton Beach on 3 included adult bikes.     Our place was BEAUTIFUL! Lovely decor, great location and clean. I think for what we paid that we could have been given more supplies. We did not have enough toilet paper and there were no tissues. Also, supplying trashbags and enough dishwashing tablets would be nice. Lastly, I felt the information on where to find things and amenities were lacking. Our bikes were not where we were told they would be and were difficult to find. We did not know to get beach towels at the front desk until after we had purchased some. Having a resort map and maybe paperwork in condo on where to find things would have been helpful as wifi was spotty. we were not given the code to the heated pool. I also thought it was strange that the shower to wash off sand was inside the locked pool area rather than having one when you get off of the beach. I'm not trying to complain, but I own a property that I rent out, so I just think these could be things that would make the stay less frustrating. We pa...
