Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Low Key Cottage is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, and half-bathroom WaterColor home that sleeps 11. Low Key is designed with comfort in mind and has a large wrap-around porch, a screened porch, a 6-passenger GEM golf cart, dedicated parking, and is convenient to Camp WaterColor, community pools, nature trails, and the Beach Club.
A lovely front porch shaded by sand live oaks has a bench swing and Adirondack chairs. Stepping inside, guests will see sandy-feet-friendly hardwood floors and a guest bedroom with a king bed, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. An inviting living, dining, and kitchen area has cheery yellow and blue furnishings and relaxing views off the back porch. A galley kitchen has black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for 4. A dining table with cushioned bench seats 10 and sits opposite a wrap-around sofa and armchair facing a 46” flat-screen TV. 3 sets of French doors open to a screened back porch with gorgeous views of the woods behind the cottage. It would be a wonderful place to sit and listen to morning birdsong with a hot cup of coffee or tea.
Upstairs are 2 guest bedrooms, a primary bedroom, and an expansive wrap-around porch. Guests will love relaxing among the treetops on cushioned chaise lounge chairs or enjoying dinner beneath the stars at the outdoor dining table. A bunk room has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed and opens to the balcony. Its private bathroom has a shower/tub combo. A guest bedroom also opens to the balcony and has a 4-poster king bed, a private bathroom with 2 sinks, and a large shower. Guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a 4-poster king bed, rocking armchairs, and a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub, window seats, and a separate shower. The primary bedroom also opens to a private screened porch with views of the wooded backyard.
Guests can easily explore WaterColor on 4 included adult bikes or the GEM golf cart. With its wonderful location, comfortable furnishings, and quiet wooded views, Low Key Cottage will not last long.
* There are 2 parking spaces for this home, one of which is taken up by the on-site golf cart leaving space for only 1 vehicle to park in the driveway.
