A spacious wraparound porch with Adirondack chairs and a table for 2 sets the scene for a relaxed coastal getaway as guests arrive. In the Main House’s open great room, dark wood and white shiplap walls wrap guests in refined luxury. Sink into the 2 soft couches for a movie night on the large TV. Up to 4 can sit at the expansive island and chat with the chef of the group as they cook in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a wine cooler and high-end appliances. The adjacent wooden dining table has seating for 8. Outside, a covered Summer kitchen with a built-in grill connects to the enclosed yard, where lush greenery adds privacy around the sparkling pool. 113 Needlerush was the perfect place for my family to stay while attending wedding festivities at Watercolor. Three adult children and their significant others along with my husband and me had ample space to be together or get away for a little downtime. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The house was perfectly clean. The beds were comfortable. I hope we can return to enjoy more the area has to offer.

We found this home highly enjoyable, loved the comfy beds, the comfy furniture and the layout. Coffee on the porch every morning was so enjoyable, as we watched so many running by, strolling babies or cycling past our corner. It was very quiet and private. Although we visited the guest house out of curiosity, we didn't stay there. It was lovely too. The kitchen had everything we needed, but in comparison to other homes it was not overstocked. We loved the little pool and used it often. The home instructions didn't mention that the house key box is on the back door, nor anything about the pool safety alarm that needs a firm button push right after opening the back door to disengage the alarm. I might suggest that be added to the information distributed to guests as it was (literally) alarming. Parking 2 SUVs here was challenging but possible. And last, the golf cart was such fun, and so much easier to park when we took it to dinner. We hope to visit again soon and would stay ...
