The living room offers a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with plush and comfortable seating, a flat-screen television, wonderful natural light from the large windows, and breathtaking coastal views. French doors lead out to the home's balcony, where guests can enjoy an invigorating sunrise with their morning cup of coffee or a peaceful sunset with a refreshing evening cocktail.
This home features two beautifully furnished bedrooms, both with exquisite emerald coast views. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious upholstered king bed, a large flat-screen television, large windows and lots of natural light, and access to the home's balcony. We have been coming to Water Color for a number of years. This is our first time at Water Sound which is a different experience from Water Color. We really enjoyed our time in unit 305. It is very well equipped and comfortable. We were told that the unit had recently been “deep cleaned.” During the cleaning the main TV and sound system were disconnected. We were able to re-connect the systems. However, the primary bed wasn’t put back together properly which required a maintenance call. Maintenance was very prompt and able to fix the bed. The deep cleaning wasn’t able to remove all the stains from the living room furniture. We plan to return next year.

We have been traveling to Watersound for 8 years and it is always enjoyable.The view from the unit is spectacular.The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed with the kitchen items we needed. As expected for the end of the busy season, some of the furnishings were well worn and a bit stained (sofa slipcover had a small hole, chair slipcover nearest tv was stained on the side and the guest shower curtain was water stained badly). Our only real complaint is the policy of storing bikes when they are not being used.Trying to place 4 bikes or more in the parking spot where ones car is also parked is nearly impossible and absurd when bike racks are clearly available. I can imagine during the busy summer season the bike racks may be full and perhaps more racks should be made available. We hope the HOA and 360 Blue revisit this policy and consider alternatives before cars become scratched and damaged by falling bicycles in adjacent parking spots.

A fabulous place. Everything we needed we had. Except, as old folk, it would have been helpful to have a tutorial on the tv controls and the dishwasher. But that small issue aside, the unit is perfect. 360 Blue has it down !!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Watersound at Compass Point. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had lovely views. It's just as it looks in the pictures. There were no beach chairs, towels, or bikes which we've had in the past. This seems to be standard with 360 Blue now, which is very inconvenient. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great at 99 Compass Point #305. Our check in and check out was super easy. The unit was exactly what our family needed for a relaxing week. The complementary umbrella and beach chairs made our daily trip the beach a breeze. The bike rentals through the concierge was nice as well. Only down side was the concession at the pool being closed due to lack of staff.

We had a wonderful stay. Unit #305 is very well-appointed, super comfortable and convenient to both the beach and pool. Traveled with a friend and we each had a large bedroom with beach/ocean views and our own bathroom. We enjoyed our morning coffee with a gorgeous view of sunrise/beach. Beach set-up is close and easy- you don't need anything except a towel. Look for the attendant on the first day and he will set you up each day with chairs/umbrella with your name. We did not use the kitchen much but it definitely has everything you need. We enjoyed meals out at The Perfect Pig, Bud and Alley's, Shunk Gulley and Pescado. We stayed 4 nights and were able to see all of the beach towns along 30A but enjoyed returning to quiet Water Sound. Will absolutely return!!

Overall we had a great family vacation and the condo was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. There were several things we did want to note for other renters. Although the condo is presented as beachfront, there is quite a walk to the beach because of where the community access walkway is placed. We had problems with the second toilet. We reported them to 360 Blue on Monday of our stay and although they assured us they would be stopping by to fix it, no one ever showed up so we were unable to use that toilet the whole week. Finally, we were told a month or two prior to our visit that outside bikes were not allowed by the HOA and our only choice was to rent. The bikes we rented from 360 Blue were in very bad shape, rusted, flat tires etc.

This condo is beautiful and the view was actually better than I had anticipated. The furniture is very comfortable (beds, couch, chairs) which was a major plus considering that 3 out of the 4 days we were here were completely cloudy and rainy and we stayed indoors a lot. Whoever cleans this space does an excellent job- it was pristine when we entered. I can't say that I'd rent again due to the price and no longer having access to the beach club, but I was glad the condo exceeded my expectations.

Well appointed condo and great location. 360 was very responsive to questions. Use of the app made access to the unit very easy. Only suggestion to new visitors is to make sure have the Beach Club gate codes memorized or in your phone.

Thank you for a lovely stay! Unit is beautiful, Watersound property was so quiet and peaceful. Beach Club access was an extra bonus for sure! Loved the amenities and access to tennis courts and basketball court. We'll be back, hopefully when a little warmer.

We had a great stay in a wonderful community. We loved access to both of the pools and the chair set up on the beach. Overall, the condo is nicely decorated,comfortable and had everything we needed. There were a few minor repair issues, but they were handled well by 360. Thanks!

My family of four loved this unit and the WaterSound community. The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The location was excellent also. The WaterSound community is quiet and unique. We loved the Beach Club and it's perks, like the use of kayak & paddle boards. Only complaint is that the bikes promised were not present and even after reporting this twice we were not issued replacement bikes to use.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. This was our third time to stay at Watersound and the service at the beach club wasn't up to the usual standard. We were disappointed to wait to check in after 4pm on Sunday to find that the front desk closed at 4pm, so we had to wait unlit the next morning to get our beach club cards. Also, there were no bikes marked ""99 India"" left for our use, so we had to rent from the Hub.

We just returned from the best stay at 305 Compass Point! I have stayed in several communities on 30A, but after experiencing Watersound, it will be hard to stay anywhere else!! The unit itself is gorgeous and fully stocked. There was a ton of seating, and the chairs, ottomans, and comfy beds gave us so many excuses to relax. The view was insane - so rare to have ocean views on 30A. Nothing better than coffee and wine on the couch on the deck listening to the waves crashing and enjoying the breeze. We used 3 of the pools available to us - Dunesider was our favorite, just because of the location and the poolside service. The beachclub was a close second - it was a great perk to have free beach chair service at the Beachclub - in the past we have paid $50/day in Watercolor and Rosemary. No crowds on the beaches - very relaxing. The bikes were included with our stay, and we rode those to the beach, the Beachclub, and up to the Hub for ice cream, dinner and family movie night.
