Although we had issues to be addressed upon arrival, the team resolved them and were very attentive throughout our stay.

The house we stayed in was perfect for our family. The rental company was very responsive with the issues we had with the trash cans. We will definitely be back!

House was very well kept and beautiful. Location was very nice as well. Communication was very easy with any issues and questions we had

Had a few minor issues with normal wear and tear things that need to be addressed. Back sliding door was very difficult to open, ants in kitchen, slow drain in sink of a bathroom, tv was blue (but we weren't there to watch tv)! Overall, great experience and communication from Natural Retreats was great!

The response when our dishwasher wasn’t working was outstanding. A part was received the day after we first talked. It didn’t work, and a new dishwasher was installed within 3 hours. Outstanding!!!

The Cape San Blas team was responsive to our questions/problems while at Lantana by the Sea.
We would like to address the concerns that we had so the owner is aware. The NR maintenance staff took care of: the dishwasher tripping the breaker causing it to not start; the clothes washing machine had black mold in the rubber casket which was treated; and the refrigerator was not cooling and our food was spoiling requiring a back up refrigerator to be put in the living room. We greatly appreciated that the owner responded to the need for deck furniture which we enjoyed.

Our rental house was in great shape when we arrived and the welcome gift was a nice touch. When we did have a need, it was taken care of quickly and generously! :)

well. . .I happened to book a vacation that coincided with Hurricane Sally. . .NR was quick to warn me of flooding and then move me to a safe location, where once I got through the brunt of the storm, I had a wonderful vacation. I have been visiting Cape San Blas (and the state park!) for over 20 years, and I really appreciate a business that focuses on the value of the natural environment.

Our visit was for the month of February. This home survived hurricane Michael fairly well. The views are beautiful. The home feels a bit stark. It could use some nice area rugs and would prefer dining room chairs over the picnic table benches. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but could use some mixing bowl and baking dishes. Also could use some better outdoor furniture especially on the upstairs balcony. We spent the majority of our time out on the balconies and the furniture is very sparse.
Our stay was wonderful. Love having access to the beach. The management company was fantastic.

We had 4 generations stay at your house and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful as well as all the decor. Just perfect! It was well supplied with everything we needed. The only suggestion that I would make is to put some comfy furniture on the upper balcony. It is such a beautiful view from up there. We would definitely stay again. It was a wonderful week!

We stayed in Lantana by the Sea over Spring Break and loved every minute of it. The house was so clean and new with plenty of space and amazing gulf front views. We loved the location...easy to get to Port St Joe St. Joe for shopping and restaurants. A short ride to the Indian Pass Raw Bar which we visited many times! Bike bath, Fires on the beach, pet friendly home & beach, horseback riding on the beach, were all a bonus! The house had everything we needed..,loved all of the closet space and huge showers! We also enjoyed the privacy of the house!
The only cons were not enough bath towels, no pantry space, the hot tub wasn't working, and the construction next door was a little annoying to our teenagers who were trying to sleep when they started working at 8 am. None of this would stop me from renting this lovely house again!

My wife and I stayed at Lantana for the month of February and found it to be a very comfortable and peaceful environment. The views of the Gulf and beach from the two decks are spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is nice with good quality appliances. There is a private boardwalk that extends 3/4 of the way out over the dunes to the beach, making access very easy, especially for older folks... like us! We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, since it was winter. The house is located such that it is very easy access on and off the Cape. It is only a half mile to Salinas park. The house also has quick access to the bike/pedestrian trail which was great. Our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely consider staying there again. This is a good house whether is if just a few in the group, or several.
