Take the private walkway directly to the water for sandcastles and fun in the waves, or cool off at your fenced-in private swimming pool. Inside, an open-concept living area greets you on the second floor with high ceilings and modern furnishings. A comfy, full-length sofa and matching loveseat frame a large flat-screen TV for movie nights after a day at the beach, while the kitchen offers plenty of room for social cooking with four seats at the breakfast bar. Seat 6-8 guests at the formal dining table, or enjoy dinner with a view at the al fresco dining table on the deck. With three couple’s suites and bunk bed room, The San Box is idea for large families or a group of friends. Each bedroom is uniquely styled with modern beach decor. The primary and guest primary bedrooms each have a private entrance to the deck and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a step-in shower. All bedrooms have wall-paneled TVs.
