This home is beautifully designed and features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, incredible accommodations for 20 guests, and a wonderful location just steps from the beach!

Guests can choose from 2 gorgeous bedrooms on the basement level. The first is a king bed guest room with a private bathroom featuring a glass-front shower and a dual-sink granite vanity. The second bedroom is a spacious bunk room, offering two built-in queen-over-queen bunk beds and access to a shared bathroom with a shower and a granite vanity. Also on this level is a beautiful secondary living area, which boasts a large sectional sofa, a mounted flat-screen television, and a four-seat dining table—add a deck of cards to make it the perfect game table! The kitchenette is conveniently located nearby and is the perfect place to store drinks and snacks close to the outdoor living area. The private basement level can only be accessed by using the exterior stairs from the main house.

The second floor showcases the main living area and is the perfect spot for mingling and enjoying time together. The open-concept layout creates a warm and welcome ambiance and invites guests to leave their cares at the door. Guests can sink into the plush sectional sofa and cozy up with a colorful accent pillow for a family movie night in front of the large flat-screen television. The large kitchen is centrally located and offers a sophisticated place to delight in meal prep. Connie : Location was great. House was just as described. Beds were very comfortable. One suggestion would be to add some more forks. There were only about 10 dinner forks and no salad forks. 360 blue was very accessible and very helpful with any questions. Thank you!

malcom b: Very nice house . Close to beach 5-6 minute walk, 2 minute golf cart ride . The house was very clean. Pool very nice. Great for large or multi family group. Very spacious. Only constructive rec is for more comfortable seating in the great room as all (save1 chair) are dated and the main floor couch needs cleaning or replacing.

Deborah R: We were celebrating my husband's 70th birthday with our children, grandchildren and my 86 year old Mom. The house was the perfect size for a family of 12. Every family has their own bathroom (that was a plus). The pool was a feature everyone enjoyed. The beach was exactly as stated, a 5-minute walk. We used the golf cart more than the car. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, glasses, pots/pans. One suggestion would be to have dressers/chests in the bedrooms so that guests don't have to live out of their suitcases. On the 1st level the one closet was full, so there was no place to even hang clothes.

Krystil W: This house Dune Allen ""Sol Sisters"" was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. As a native Floridian I have spent many vacations on the Gulf Coast, but this home is my NEW favorite.... Also, we had family visiting from Canada and they wanted a true beach house vibe. This house exceeded our expectations. However, to be honest we were a little worried about 360 Blue's reviews but this house gives 360 Blue 5 stars in our book! It was clean, modern, and big enough for 15 people to enjoy their personal space and feel safe with Covid 19. The beach was exactly a 5 minute walk and the chair setup was an extra bonus that made us feel VIP!!!! Thank you again 360 Blue for a great vacation!

Debbie L: My family stayed in Sol Sisters over the holidays and it was a perfect vacation. The home comfortably held all 17 of family with everyone having their own private space. The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked so we could cook meals and in a perfect location. Just a short walk down the street, we had direct access to the beach which was not at all crowded like we usually experience in locations like Destin or Panama City. The 6 bikes were truly enjoyable for my whole family. We enjoyed short runs to the little boutique stores and restaurants and Stinkys, which served great seafood, was just a short walk down the street. The home had beautiful decks on both the front and back, spacious rooms, great living and kitchen area so we could all gather but then enjoy privacy in our rooms as well. The downstairs living and bedrooms was a completely additional space for other families and the kids. We will make this our regular vacation home in Florida because it couldn't have been more perfect. I highly recommend SolSisters!

Tommy a: We recently spent a family vacation (ages 6 - 79) in this lovely beach home. Through the years we have spent many vacations on the Gulf Coast and found this home to be the best ever. Recently renovated, it was very clean, beautifully decorated, lots of room so everyone could have privacy when desired, walking distance to the beach, private pool, and close to great eating places. My husband is very picky about his bed and pillows -- he said the bed was better than his at home and he wanted to bring his pillow with him when we left. Loved our time there. Will only stay here on any future trips to Florida!

Dianna S: This was a great place to meet up with family members during Christmas break! With so many busy schedules, fifteen were able to show up for grandparents to see their grown children and grandchildren. We were able to spend quality time together cooking meals and playing board games at night. The house was large enough, five bedrooms and multiple living areas, for kids to play and adults to relax. The house is in a great location. We were able to shop at the outlet malls at Miramar Beach and visit downtown Seaside. We enjoyed the walks to the beach each day. The house has a private pool if you want a break from the beach. The house was fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials for cooking. It was very clean and spacious. I loved the decor and furnishings that were recently updated. This is a 5+ star home. We will book again on our next Florida trip!

Elle M: This house was absolutely amazing!! We stayed 4 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is so close to the public beach access we walked to the beach every day. The house had bikes which we were able to ride into and around town. The bedrooms and rooms were decorated fabulously and the beds were very comfortable. The place is in a great location and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of space amongst all the rooms and beds. The house made a great vacation even better!! Will absolutely come and stay here again!!!
