”A shore thing” was such a great property to stay at in Rosemary Beach. The location was excellent, very close to shops, restaurants, and beach. The house had plenty of room, plus more for our family of seven. Everything was clean and beautifully take care of a decorated.

September 2022 - Carpenter/Plaisance Family vacation- This was our 3rd year having our family vacation at this beautiful beach house. We absolutely love spending time at this home. It is so relaxing and breathtakingly beautiful. The owners & property manager stays on top of any issue we may have and is great to work with. This is a must if you have a large group staying in this area anytime soon. See ya next year.... :)

The house was amazing! Absolutely beautiful, clean and pristine. Perfectly fit our group of 15 girls for a bachelorette party. Everyone loved it! If you have that many guests, I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper , paper towels and cleaning supplies. The extra toiletries were a nice touch!

WOW! THIS HOUSE! A must-see as the pictures do not do this home justice. Chosen for our yearly family vacation, this home exceeded our expectations. From its convenient location to all things Rosemary and Seacrest, to the meticulously thought out decor, comfort, and amenities throughout the house for guests of all ages. We enjoyed coffee on the balconies and patio swing in the mornings and cooking on the state-of-the-art appliances. The natural gas grill on the property was an added bonus when we wanted to stay in for the evening and enjoy the private heated pool while getting our dinner ready and having "cocktails in the courtyard". Then off to game night on the third floor! No worries about privacy in this home either. Each room has its own full bath with comfortable bedding and the master has a luxurious freestanding tub. Looking for a place to relax in the mild winter temps, enjoy the living room fireplace. For an extra bit of zen, take the day off and spend some time in the carriage home off of the main house which is also beautifully decorated and has a private bath. I highly recommend booking this home. A lovely place to spend time with family and friends. We are already looking at next year's calendar for 143 West Water Street!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful house! We absolutely love the house bc it has plenty of room for our whole family and my 2 new grandbabies, the pool and how close it is to the beach and shops. Perfect location for riding bikes around the area or just hanging out in the pool for the day. This has become our favorite place for our yearly family vacation!

We love this house. The set up is great for kids and adults to have their own spaces. Kids loved having a private pool especially since it rain a lot during the week. location of the home is close in proximity to restaurants, shops, beach, and community pools.

Perfect vacation house for our group of 8! The pool and the back porch swing were my go to spots! Every night I soaked in the incredible master bath tub. The kitchen had every tool I needed just like home, and the location couldn't be beat for walking or biking anywhere! Best vacation we've ever had!

Fabulous House!! It's beautifully decorated and the location is great too! You are in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants in both Rosemary and Seacrest. We booked this house for a mom/daughter beach trip and we had plenty of room for all of us. Lots of comfy seating in the living room, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the beds were so comfortable!! I will definitely be booking this house again for my next beach trip!!

I cannot adequately describe how impressed I was with this property. I had an idea from the photos on this website, but they do not do justice for what it looks like in person! From the gorgeous decor, fabulous gourmet kitchen, beds that were more comfortable than our own, the heated pool...perfectly nestled in the cozy, dreamy village that is Rosemary Beach...you cannot go wrong choosing this house. The short walk to the beach is quite enjoyable with all the fantastic scenery. We did not have one single issue during our 5 night stay, which was not surprising. Other than not wanting to leave! I cannot wait to book this amazing home again for my next beach trip!!

Perfect house that is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We initially had a problem with the private pool not being heated, but 360 Blue was very quick and professional on getting it fixed. We will definitely be back next year!

We stayed in this beautiful house for a family vacation and gender reveal on the beach for my first grandbaby. We had an absolutely amazing time! We had 11 people total and had plenty of room! The house was breathtakingly beautiful and the owners did a great job stocking and decorating the house! We will definitely be renting this house every year for our family vacation!

143 West Water is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and well appointed properties we have stayed in on 30a and Rosemary Beach. We were recently there for a girls weekend but I would not hesitate to recommend it for a family or couples trip. It is a quick and easy walk to the beach as well as the nearby shops and restaurants in Rosemary and Seacrest. If you enjoy cooking you will not be disappointed in the well thought out kitchen amenities. We also enjoyed having access to the bikes included with the property as well as the relaxing pool, courtyard and grilling area. We are already looking forward to future visits to 142 West Water.
