    We had a great time at your place!! The beds were comfortable, the furniture and decor were warm and inviting. The home was so clean and 360 Blue was very helpful! A perfect place for us 6 college friends to reunite and have fun. I just sent your info to another friend who is looking for a college reunion spot!!!     Location is absolutely perfect - close to the beach and within walking or biking distance to great restaurants and shops. There are a few items that need attention and are easily fixable that would make this property really extraordinary. The kitchen is a disorganized mess - mishmash of cheap pots and pans with missing lids; old, rusting cookie sheets; no roasting pan; broken refrigerator drawers; cheap kitchen plates; no spices; no cleaning products. If you plan to eat out every meal, it's sufficient, but for family meals it leaves a lot to be desired.
