We had the best time to our annual trip to 30A and Rosemary Beach this year. This home had plenty of room for us 4 adults and 5 children. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and having a private pool in our backyard made it even more enjoyable. The Bull Angus backyard grill helped us BBQ some nice quality meals for the family. Highly recommend this home and the Waters Edge community in Rosemary Beach. As much wife said, "this is my favorite 30A trip thus far."

Was so impressed with the email, text and phone call communication before our arrival. All our questions were answered! No issues with the house, so we did not need to communicate during our stay. Loved the check out text of reminders and button to click when we departed. Highly recommend 360blue!!

Easiest, seamless vacation. 360 Blue was a delight to work with, our two pre-vacation emails were answered concisely and amazingly quick. The communication both before and towards the end of the trip was also well thought out. As a mom of three, I really appreciated that I didn't have to wash the bedding and towels the morning of our departure. The house was spotless and very well stocked with necessities. It is rare to rent a home and not want for something! The pool was heated as we requested - everything worked!! Thank you 360 Blue - we will be back!

We spent 5 nights starting August 9th. There were 7 of us- 4 adults and 3 children. The location is perfect. A very easy short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the beach in the morning- bring your own umbrellas for shade - and the pool after lunch. The pools in this area are very small, but they keep you cool. Some of us rode the provided bikes. We brought the children's bikes from home. 1 suggestion for housekeeping is to please have a few more bath towels and washcloths on hand. Also more than 1 small bar of soap in each bath. Suggestion for owners is to add towel bars and hooks in the master bathroom. (A place to hang wet towels and bathing suits. ) This is a great location for walking to restaurants and shops.

The house is great! Literally next door to Rosemary, but in a gated neighborhood with Private (not crowded) Beach! Great pool and just a few steps down the private path to the beach. Parked the car and walked and biked everywhere we wanted to go!

Bikes were broken but 360 replaced them a day after phone call. Toaster broken, kitchen short on supplies and not many towels available. No toilet paper in two bathrooms. Location is really nice and pool was cleaned often. Numerous times garbage picked up. A big plus. outgoing gate must be broken. Left opened all the time which defeats the safety of a gated community. Internet got wonky at times but thankfully lots of channels offered. Furniture in good shape just wish living area was larger. Only one sectional in living no other seating except in dining room. Needs to be a little cleaner inside. Dust and sand under the beds... Gave this unit 3 star because of limited seating, small pool and house lacked items in kitchen and towels in bath. Pluses are the location, house pool even though small, and private beach. House is in fairly good shape.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*The Water's Edge Board of Directors has instituted a curfew for everyone 18 years old and under of 8:00 PM effective immediately!
This curfew will follow the same guidelines put forth by Rosemary Beach and they consist of:
1. Curfew for anyone under the age of 18 not accompanied by their parents. They will be asked to return to their rental property or leave Water's Edge if they are not guests.
Refusal may result in criminal charges.
Security will be on premises and will be verifying they are guests of Water's Edge.
2. No backpacks, coolers, bags, etc., capable of concealing alcohol or other illegal contraband will be allowed.
3. Dry beach (no alcohol) 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
This curfew will extend for the duration of Fall Breaks and may extend past that time at the direction of the Board of Directors, depending on compliance and the safety of the community.
