The first floor of the home warmly invites guests inside to the gathering space with a decor and presence curated by a renowned designer for its breathtaking balance of sophistication and coastal modern minimalism. Featuring 2 sleeping rooms on the floor that offer incredibly comfortable King Beds with private bathrooms, the discreet access to the pool area is an additional bonus found in the rear bedroom.
The main level of the home is on the second floor, where guests discover a grand, open kitchen and the main living area. The kitchen can seat a combined 20 guests at the formal dining table, kitchen island, and informal dining table without having to separate your group. It comes completely stocked with premium appliances and tools needed for meal preparation. Private Chef recommendations are available upon request. The spacious living area has ample room to gather or watch TV together. There are 3 sleeping rooms on this floor. One features a King Bed and Bath while the next features an entire section of the house dedicated to those that play and run in packs featuring six Bunk Beds (2 trundles included) and 2 Queen Beds. There are 2 bathrooms that are shared between the bedrooms and the hallway.
The home also features a 2-story carriage house, which has a King Bedroom on the first floor, with private full bath, There is a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stovetop, and oven. There is a high-top table with seating for 4, so guests have space to enjoy a meal in the carriage house as well. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean with a King Bed and private bath.
The fenced-in backyard features a full-sized swimming pool as well as an outdoor fireplace gathering area. With plenty of pool lounges, on-trend teak seating, picnic table and outdoor grill, a return from the beach to your own private enclave means the evening fun is just beginning.
