Guests can change in a half-bath that’s steps away and drop wet towels off in the adjacent laundry room, which includes 2 sets of front-loading washers and dryers. The home has both a staircase and an elevator to access all 4 stories.

The fourth floor offers another balcony—again with staggering Gulf views and chaise lounge chairs for sun worshipers. The 2 primary bedrooms have king beds and private baths, both with a shower only.
