We had a wonderful stay at Seagrove Beach. The house was nicer than depicted. The walk to get to the beach was closer than it appears in the pictures. There was a small problem with the alarm system - the smoke alarm battery was low and the warning woke us up. However 360 Blue was right on top of it, to get it remedied.

We have visited 30A nearly every year for the past 30 years. This year we decided to give a try to a home not in a large community like Rosemary or Watercolor. This home is right off of 30 A in a desirable location of Seagrove and across the street from the beach.WE rented a golf cart which we did not use and returned early as there is no place to ride it. To get to the beach you are required to enter through a beach access gate that can only be accessed with a key fob which is provided. Otherwise you have a 0.7 mile walk to the nearest public beach access. This was a problem for us because only one key fob was left in the rental. So if you had multiple families (we didn't) , or even within the same family but wanting to go to the beach at different times (us) only one key fob to get in or out of the beach access.This was a problem for us. We misplaced the key fob when we were at the beach one day and 360 blue finally replaced it for us. The property manager actually came to our rental and gave it to us and we were very appreciative. I got the feeling the property owners allowing access on the other side of 30A were reluctant for renters to use their access and I felt they were discouraging use of the access. We received a call from 360 blue the first day we were there reminding us to go only to the left of the beach and not to set up a canopy. Just kind of an unneeded phone call that made us feel less than welcome although we had no intention of setting up a canopy. It just seemed uncalled for especially after spending close to nine thousand for the week for this house.
This is a nice new house, it has a very small pool but we enjoyed it. It is a very comfortable house. The kitchen could use a few more pans, but overall it was functional. It was not a great place to stay for my family, due to the issue that it is across 30 a and I would rather be on the beach side. Happy I tried it but in the future we will stick to Seaside, Watercolor or Rosemary

This house was great! Everything was in new, pristine condition. The layout of the house was really perfect for our family. 360 is a great company that certainly prides themselves in 1st class rental property.
We had no issues during our visit, didn't even contact 360 once. Don't hesitate to rent from 360.

Seagrove “a place in the sun” is an outstanding new home. The finishes were charming and the location was in the middle of everything from PCB to Seaside but isolated from the crowds due to the private beach access. The house is large and has plenty of upscale bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate two families. Overall we had a fantastic trip and it starts with fantastic accommodations.

This home is just a 4-minute walk to a deeded beach access and includes 4 adult bikes to make your journey around 30A a little more adventurous! The home has a private pool with lounge chairs and a 65-inch flat-screen TV poolside.
This professionally designed home begins with a screened-in porch on the first floor and a queen bedroom with a shower-only ensuite bathroom. This level also offers a half bath that is convenient to the pool area and screened-in porch.
The second level is the main area of the home which features an open concept kitchen, a living area that flows seamlessly to the second-floor balcony, and includes a 75-inch flat-screen TV. There is also a half bathroom on this floor. The dining area can seat up to 11 people utilizing the seating at the breakfast bar. A built-in butler’s pantry/cocktail bar with a wine fridge is also located on this level. There is also a bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom.
The third level of the home features the primary bedroom with a water view balcony, king bed, and a private bath with a separate tub and shower. There is another king bedroom with private bath along with an XL Twin-over-Twin built-in bunks in the hallway. The laundry room is also located on this level.
The rooftop observation deck has gorgeous views of the Gulf and is a signature feature of this home.
“A Place in the Sun” is located in East Seagrove Beach at the junction of 30A and Eastern Lake Drive. This is a great location for access to shops, dining, bars, boutiques, and outdoor concerts
