A premier beach destination, this Scenic 30A neighborhood is known for its sprawling grounds, illustrious beach club, and multiple community pools. Picture sunny days hitting the tennis courts, exploring the arts district, or sampling local restaurants—all within walking distance. Guests will especially love relaxing on the spacious screened porches. This charming 2-story bungalow promises a perfect balance of laid-back and elegant beach living. The screened front porch, adorned with cushioned wicker furniture and a coffee table, invites peaceful mornings and lazy afternoons enjoying the gentle breeze. Continue inside to find a bright living space seamlessly connected with the kitchen. Warm wood floors, woven elements, and beadboard wainscotting add a touch of cottage coziness. In the living space, 2 roomy couches offer seating, and there’s a 65” TV with Bose surround-sound speakers for top-tier entertainment. Counter space is plentiful in the open kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and a 4-stool breakfast bar. On the other side of the kitchen is a second sitting area with a TV and L-shaped sofa. Head out the glass doors to dine alfresco on the screened-in back porch’s table, set beneath a Capiz shell chandelier with 4 chairs and a bench. After dinner, curl up with a book or nightcap on the hanging porch swing and comfy round chair. For barbecues, there is a propane grill outside. This level hosts a lovely primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and back porch access, alongside a guest bedroom with a soft king bed. Additional sleeping accommodations are on the second floor and include a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds and a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private furnished porch. WaterColor’s amenities and relaxing outdoor spaces combine for a delightful beach vacation at 10 Lyonia Lane. Exploring is easy with 3 parking spots, 4 complimentary adult bikes, and a seasonal trolley service. Beach access can be found on Goldenrod Circle past the WaterColor Inn, a quick 15-minute walk, or at the WaterColor Beach Club. Book today!     10 Lyonia was a great location and the house is well appointed. The trail system is right across the street and the proximity to the square, pools, and beach is great. I will definitely be booking through 360 again!
