Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Now and then, you come across a vacation home that speaks to you. It's easy to picture friends and family lounging around the private pool. You can see them relaxing in the evening before the indoor/outdoor fireplace on cushioned chairs, sharing stories, and planning the next days' adventures. So it is with this WaterColor retreat at 150 Cove Hollow Street - a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom 30A getaway. The outdoor spaces are simply magical, while the interior delights.
Professional decor incorporates beautiful hardwood floors and window and door transoms, allowing for abundant natural light. The chef's kitchen features granite countertops, designer cabinets, and select stainless appliances, including a gas range. An open design concept and island counter keep the chef at the center of the conversation during meal preparation. The dining area offers table seating for 8 while the counter has seating for 5 more guests. The living area features a gas fireplace, sprawling sectional sofa, and a vast flat-screen television, making it the perfect space for loved ones to gather for movie night.
Situated on the first floor is the primary bedroom with a private bathroom and shower only. Ascending the stairs to the second floor, you'll find two guest bedrooms, both with king beds - one with a private bathroom with a shower, the other with a shared bathroom and shower/tub combo. Adjacent is the bunk area with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. The additional living space on the second floor also offers 2 twin beds. This WaterColor home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.
If the private pool is the home's focal point, the indoor/outdoor gas fireplace is its soul. This home is also all about fun, with a game room, complete with a ping-pong table in the upstairs living space. All of the dining and shopping possibilities are within easy walking distance - or a fun ride away on the golf cart.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time.

Our annual family trip was amazing. 360 blue provided a great and simple process as all bands keys and lockbox codes were easily available. This was a repeat visit to the home which fits our family perfectly with the master downstairs and all the kids rooms and activities up stairs. The outdoor space is amazing with the fireplace and pool and front porch. We loved the house and location. Thank you 360 Blue! Looking forward to next year’s trip already

Aside from how amazing the home was I would say my favorite part about 360 Blue was the grocery delivery service! It was the best feeling to walk into a stocked fridge and kitchen after a long drive!
