HOME HIGHLIGHTS:

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Welcome to "Sea-La-Vie!" This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home captures the essence of WaterColor living with gorgeous, traditional, and coastal decor! There's plenty of room for guests to spread out and relax indoors and outdoors, with sleeping accommodations for 6.
Upon entering the home, the open-concept kitchen and living room are divided by beautiful wooden, sliding barn doors that can stay open or closed for an intimate dinner in the dining room. The kitchen and dining area can seat a combined 14 guests, including at the breakfast bar. For year-round alfresco dining, enjoy using the grilling area located on the back patio with a secondary dining table. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an informal sitting area. There are multiple parlors rooms on the first floor as well to provide extra space. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the other living room and guest bathroom in the hallway.
There are 3 remaining guest rooms on the second floor, including another living area with a twin daybed. The spacious primary suite is outfitted with a desk, sitting area, attached bathroom with a soaking tub, flat-screen TV, and queen bed. There is a queen bedroom adjacent to the primary that also includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the second-floor balcony. The last bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and sitting area with a common hallway bathroom.
Enjoy use of the 4 adult bikes to cruise along the award-winning community of WaterColor to numerous pools, parks, and nature trails! The WaterColor Beach Club is just a short bike ride away with delicious restaurants all around, including the waterfront, FOOW at the WaterColor Inn. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Unfortunately, the Low-Speed Vehicle in the driveway is not for guest use.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unfortunately, this home does not allow pets at any time.
