It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. DETAILS: This wonderful gulf-front townhome offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community swimming pool. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all located on the second floor. The large living room offers plenty of seating; a television, DVD/CD player, and French doors that open onto a furnished balcony showing great views of the Gulf and swimming pool. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats 6 comfortably. The large open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Located on the second floor are 2 spacious bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, TV, DVD, and a furnished balcony offering great views. The bathroom features a shower and jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, TV, and a connected bathroom with a single vanity and shower. A third bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with 2 queen-size beds, TV, and single vanity and shower. An added bonus is a den on the first floor equipped with bunk beds, TV, DVD player, and a furnished porch that looks out over the pool. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: FIRST FLOOR: - Guest Bedroom: Two Queen Beds, Private Bathroom with Shower Only - Additional Living Area: Twin-over-Twin Built-in Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa SECOND FLOOR: - Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower Only Please note that starting March 15, 2014, all Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be arranged through The Electric Cart Company. Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging Low-Speed Vehicles/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging per HOA. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

    Watercolor Beachside #6 was perfectly located, and luxuriously appointed. Every detail was considered by 360 Blue. Beach towels provided by property would be the only amenity that would have been nice, as it was difficult some days to get hands on beach/pool towels at the Watercolor Beach Club. We will definitely use 360 Blue in the future!
