Seven Saturdays is a fabulous house! It's beautiful and well designed and maintained. The rooms and beds were great and the living spaces and nooks throughout the house were perfect for gathering and catching up on conversations. The pool was a plus for couples waiting for napping babies and for tired beach goers at the end of the day. I appreciate how easy 360 Blue made the booking, check in and check out processes. Absolutely love this home! It is beautiful! It was perfect for our party of 11. We all had the best time enjoying the pool, large kitchen/family room and eating area. Loved the location too. Having a quick walk to Publix and Camp Watercolor was a plus! We are definitely thinking about renting again next year!

24 Pine Needle is beautiful. Perfect for our large group of 13, six children and seven adults. Loved the location near publix and camp watercolor. We did have some problems heating the hot tub. We also had a few issues with the provided bikes. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Amazing week with friends! The house was perfect for our 6 couples. We enjoyed cooking in this beautiful kitchen and enjoying this fun group around the huge dining table. Location was ideal for biking to Seaside to enjoy shopping, dining, beach time, and loved the proximity to the grocery store, liquor store, and Pizza by the Sea. Highly recommend this gorgeous home. The pool was perfect for relaxing in the evenings and the 3rd floor game room provided hours of entertainment and friendly competition. We will definitely be looking forward to staying at ""Seven Saturdays"" again.

We have just returned from 7 days with our entire family . The weather did not exactly cooperate, and some amenities that we usually enjoy were closed for renovations,BUT the house exceeded our expectations . From the spaciousness of the house , to The premium linens, we were impressed from the moment we walked in the door . The outdoor spaces were so comfortable and the pool area was a hit with the 5 grandchildren we brought. There were a few minor things they needed attention and 360 Blue resolved them within hours .

Sometimes when you return from a trip you are so busy that reviewing a property is the last thing on your mind. Two months later you wake up on an extremely cold day, with ice on the roads, and all you can do is dream of going back to this magical place. That is how I feel today of our time in Watercolor, at this amazing VRBO "Seven Saturdays". It is cold back home in early November, so this was the perfect get-away. It was warm and sunny and provided a lifestyle that we just don't make time for during "regular" life. First, it is so large you can go with several couples or take even the largest of families. I can honestly tell you I didn't explore all the bedrooms in the main house, but I know there were a lot and a bunk room for overflow. My husband and I stayed in the cabana, which was just perfect for us. It had a king size bed, full bath, outdoor balcony and kitchenette, perfect for those who like a little privacy. 10 Stars needed to rate this property! Beautiful in every way, wonderful seating to spread out and relax together or as a smaller group. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and large - handled our big group effortlessly. The dining table was large enough for our entire group to sit together and linger after our meal. The bikes which were provided were awesome...we hopped on and in minutes were at Sea Island and the shops and restaurants at Watercolor. If you are looking for a place to stay in this beautiful resort town...this is it - look no further.

The whole package!!!!! Beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, fun......I can go on and on. You get the idea!!!! We LOVED everything about the "whole package". Location, location, location...and this location is perfect. The house is snuggled into beautiful pine trees. It is near a Public grocery store. It is within bicycling distance to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. I would not want to be in a home on this beach because of the heavy pedestrian traffic. I found myself going back to my childhood bicycling everywhere and it was FUN. The neighborhood is safe and very friendly to bicyclers and walkers. And the bicycling was a choice, not a necessity. I am over 70, so that gives you some perspective as to how safe it is to bike. The house has every amenity you could ever want. The kitchen is set up for a pro and I understand set up by a pro. TVs are everywhere. I enjoyed being in the pool and watching football on the outdoor TV. I only have ONE complaint and that is that we do not o...

This beautiful house was perfect for our gathering of several families. Just a short bike ride to the beach, tennis courts, Watercolor lagoon, and/or Seaside town center. House is also ideally located for our quick trips to the grocery store and nearby restaurants. The greenbelt behind the property provided a nice, private backdrop for our daily swims in the pool and hot tub. The house itself was immaculate and well-decorated. Everyone was able to have their own space, but the large open downstairs also allowed for everyone to congregate comfortably for meals and conversations. Kids liked that they had their own level on the top floor whereby they could watch TV, play ping-pong, play the electronic golf game, and/or just hang out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and DIRECTV TV. House is also wired for Sonos which allowed different parts of the house to play different types of music ... all controlled simply with your smartphone. Will definitely go back!

The house is simply amazing. Immaculate & thought out to the letter in every regard. Multiple families spent the week here & we had room to spare. Third floor with several rooms for the kids. Golden Tee/ Games & a completely separate sound system from the one downstairs; We were able to play a third music feed outside by the pool. If you have kids of varying ages & value your sanity & peace on vacation that is a game changer. Pool & patio & grill set up is perfect. Bike ride to the beach managed just fine. We had a group that needed their separate space and the Carriage House above the garage was perfect with separate kitchen amenities as well. We were wowed by this beautiful property in Watercolor! There were 5 couples sleeping in king sized beds with our own bathrooms which made this a perfect place for our group. This home has so many areas to enjoy conversation whether it be inside around the television or kitchen; or on the patio around the heated pool & hot tub; or in the screened in porch. We enjoyed riding the bicycles that were provided on the streets of this quaint community. We played ping pong on a rainy day in the game room. This home provides everything you need with luxurious yet comfortable furniture and a beautiful kitchen and outdoor grill for those stay-at-home meals. Seven Saturdays is a beautiful home that you won't want to leave!

Amazing!!! This home exceeded all of our expectations. The facility had every amenity a family could ever want from the functional kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances to the oversized living area that could accommodate a very large group comfortably. When we wanted sitting areas outside, there were multiple choices including hot tub, swimming pool, fireplace and TV area as well as many decks on all sides of the home and screened patio to enjoy. The six bedrooms and baths were so comfortable. The game room also gave many hours of competitive fun. The location of the property was convenient to everything--grocery stores, shopping, the beach, and restaurants. We enjoyed biking, walking, going to the beach, shopping and touring the beautiful surroundings of Water Color and Seaside. This was truly home away from home with all of the amenities anyone could ever desire. Definitely the nicest vacation home we've ever stayed in. Brand new and they thought of everything when they built it. Multiple living and gathering areas, both inside and outside, so even with the four other couples there was always a feeling of spaciousness yet intimate. Furnishings throughout were beautiful and comfortable. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor living area were awesome. Great setting for gathering in both the morning and the evening. Bedroom (very comfortable king bed) and closest are spacious and the large shower in the bedroom bathroom is especially nice. The kitchen area always attracts a lot of traffic but it's so big and laid out so well you never found yourself bumping into each other. Upstairs game room saw plenty of action with ping pong, big screen TV, and electronic golf. Bicycles are a must have because the whole Watercolors development lends itself to easily getting around on the bike trails (ponds, bridges, pine tree cut thru's) as well as easy access to the beach...

Your property is absolutely beautiful in every way! We had never stayed in a Water Color property before and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were lucky enough to have stayed in the beautiful carriage house suite. We could be with all the excitement in the big house then retreat to the quiet of the suite anytime! Everything was beautiful in this property from the comfortable and ample seating of the living and dining room, to the gorgeous landscaped pool and hot tub area, to the well organized, top of the line kitchen. It was fun to prepare meals and enjoy them in the home! We hope to visit this property and the gorgeous surroundings in WaterColor!

My family has been visiting the watercolor area for the past 14 years. Without a doubt, our stay through 360 Blue was the most extraordinary experience in all that time. The entire 360 Blue staff (including the owner Jason) went above and beyond in every regard. Not only did we enjoy one of the most beautiful and luxurious properties in Watercolor, but the 360 Blue staff continuously followed up with us and quickly resolved the few issues that did arise. The value added by the 360 Blue concierge service was tremendous and we will be booking every trip to the area through 360 Blue in the future.
