Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Serenity on 30A is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, Gulf-front condo that sleeps 10 in the world-renowned resort community of WaterColor. With access to a shared private condo pool directly off the back porch and the beach just steps beyond that, this property provides the ultimate fun-in-the-sun experience for the whole family.
The main floor welcomes guests in with natural wood and light tones that create a calming ambiance in this two-story condo. The kitchen is a cook's delight, complete with pristine white cabinetry and granite countertops, surrounded by two breakfast bars—seating up to 7 guests. The traditional dining area, with a modern light fixture overhead, accommodates 6 guests. The living area is sure to impress with its comfortable white linen sectional and two armchairs, all situated around the Smart TV. Step onto the furnished outdoor balcony with an alfresco dining table, while taking in the gorgeous emerald water views from the second floor. There are two bedrooms inside where guests can retire—One primary and one guest bedroom, both with private bathrooms.
Downstairs, guests will enjoy an additional living area complete with queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a cozy twin-over-twin bunk bed with trundle—perfect for kids or last-minute visitors. An adjacent guest bedroom with 2 comfortable queen beds is accessible through the French doors, while the laundry room is down the hall. Access the condo’s private pool and dune walkover from the back door!

Disclaimer: All Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be arranged through The Electric Cart Company. Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging Low-Speed Vehicles/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company.
Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Watercolor. The condo was beautiful and wonderfully situated right on the beach and next door to the watercolor beach club and hotel. The 360 blue team was great. We had an issue with the bike and they had it serviced right away so we were able to keep riding. We also needed a late check out to accommodate our dad’s late flight and they were able to work that in for us last minute. We could be more happy with our rental and with 360 Blue!
