MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Bringing Together Expertise, Innovation & Passion
The 360 Blue Leadership Team is a diverse group of industry professionals managing teams that bring distinctive talents, perspectives, and passions to the short-term vacation rental space on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Collectively, we boast a combined tenured experience of 80-plus years in the field of hospitality.
Jake McClendon
Executive Vice President, Operations & Business Development
Jake has called the 30A area home for over 20 years, and his connection to the region runs deeper than just the beaches—though they are hard to beat. What he loves most are the rare coastal dune lakes, a natural wonder unique to this stretch of Northwest Florida. For him, they never lose their magic.
His philosophy on working with homeowners is refreshingly direct: the most successful relationships are honest partnerships. When owners and their management company share common goals and both show up for them, the results are at once undeniable and powerful. In a market that doesn't always lead with transparency, Jake sees candor as a vital differentiator—and as a responsibility.
That same standard applies internally. Jake and the teams he leads take every challenge seriously—first pausing to reflect, and then moving quickly to improve. He's proud of his ability to stay sharp and his instinct to genuinely care. The moment a problem stops bothering him, he says, is the moment it's time to go. Outside of work, he thrives in the beautiful chaos of a blended family with six kids who adore each other, and he loves nothing more than traveling anywhere with his wife.
Carly Vihinen
Vice President of Operations
Carly has been with 360 Blue for 11 years and has called Santa Rosa Beach home for just as long. Her love for the area, however, extends even further back in time to family vacations here since 1999. The beaches, outdoor lifestyle, and family-friendly community are what drew her in. They have also kept her rooted.
Her approach to working with homeowners is built on the fundamentals of partnership. Carly believes that open communication, mutual trust, and a commitment to responsiveness are the foundation of any great long-term relationship. Above all, she takes pride in her ability to develop strong teams. These are teams that are capable of taking on complex challenges and creating real value for homeowners and the company alike.
Outside of work, Carly’s three kids are her whole world, with family coming first in everything she does.
Alex Curry
Director of Business Development
Alex has been with 360 Blue for 11 years and has served as Director of Business Development for five of them. As a seventh-generation Floridian—and having called Destin home for more than a decade—he brings a deeply rooted connection to his role. This background has only enhanced his appreciation for the area's pristine beaches, its people, and coastal lifestyle.
His approach to working with homeowners is “relationship-first.” Alex takes the time to understand each owner's individual goals and works to maximize revenue while protecting their investment—always with proactive communication and a focus on long-term trust.
Beyond his work at 360 Blue, Alex is proud to support The Sonder Project, an organization making a meaningful impact here at home and abroad. Most mornings, you'll find him starting the day with an early walk on the beach, a ritual he says never fails to leave him feeling grateful for his life here on the Emerald Coast.
Katie Cotton
Senior Director of Property Management
Katie has been part of the 360 Blue family for 18 years. This level of loyalty says everything you need to know about who she is both professionally and personally. For the past four years, she has served as Senior Director of Property Management, bringing to the role an incredible depth of knowledge. As you might imagine, she also brings an expansive understanding of the Emerald Coast market—a place she has called home for 24 years.
For Katie, working with homeowners is all about understanding their goals. Each owner is unique, and she has learned that the best outcomes arise from being a listener first—and then finding clear, practical solutions together. It's an approach grounded in respect, and it has earned her a reputation as someone homeowners can count on.
When she's not working, Katie is happiest when surrounded by her family on the porch, having a meaningful conversation, along with a cold glass of rosé. She'll tell you that October on the Emerald Coast is absolutely perfect—and she's not wrong.
Vince Marasa
Director of Maintenance
Vince has been with 360 Blue for 11 years and has led the maintenance team for the past six and a half. As a Santa Rosa Beach local for nearly two decades, he has an intimate knowledge of the properties, the community, and what it takes to keep homes protected and running at their best in our maritime environment.
His approach is collaborative by nature. Vince values the opportunity to work directly with homeowners to understand their needs and craft solutions that work for both them and our guests. He's known for his strong work ethic and a can-do attitude that keeps the team moving forward—no matter the challenge.
Away from work, Vince's favorite place is the beach, especially when he's there with his wife and two young boys.
Nick Curtis
Director of Housekeeping
Nick has led the 360 Blue Housekeeping operation for seven years, bringing a service-driven mindset and an exceptional standard of care to everything his team does. A Santa Rosa Beach resident for more than a decade, he's deeply connected to the community. Raising his family here has only strengthened his appreciation for the small-town vibe and sense of belonging that makes this part of Northwest Florida so special.
Nick takes great pride in the operation he and his team have built over the years. The processes, systems, and skills they have developed over the years have allow 360 Blue to manage a large-scale portfolio without ever losing sight of the details that matter most to both homeowners and guests.
Outside of work, Nick is most at home with his family—whether they are traveling somewhere they’ve never been, gathered around the dinner table, or out on the water. He's also a live music enthusiast and enjoys a round of golf whenever he can squeeze one in.
Nicole Scott
Office Manager & Executive Assistant
Nicole has been with 360 Blue for nearly two years, bringing a warmth, attentiveness, and deeply personal touch to everything she does. A 17-year resident of the Emerald Coast and a visitor since childhood, she has a lifelong love for the area. The white sand and emerald waters, the stunning sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf from March to October, the fresh catch-to-table dining culture… For Nicole, living and working here isn’t something she takes for granted. It's a blessing she feels every day.
Her approach to homeowners reflects that same heart: she treats every home as if it were her own and every owner as if they were family. Known for making people feel truly seen, heard, and appreciated, Nicole brings that same care to her colleagues, fostering a culture where hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
When she's not in the office, you might find her out on the water, learning to flyfish—a new passion she has embraced with the same enthusiasm she brings to every other endeavor in her life.
Jess Kearney
Vice President of Guest Experience
Jess joined 360 Blue in March 2015. Since that time, she has developed a deeply held philosophy about what it truly means to serve guests and honor the profound trust that each homeowner places in the company. This way of thinking helped prepare her for what would come next. In October 2024, she stepped into her role as Vice President of Guest Experience.
For Jess, our owners are trusted partners in the fullest sense of the word. She recognizes that opening one’s homes and inviting travelers to experience the magic of this extraordinary destination is an act of generosity—one that 360 Blue takes seriously. Her focus is on curating exceptional, personalized experiences that guests will carry with them long after they check out.
What Jess is most proud of is her team—a group of professionals who listen closely because they genuinely care and find joy in creating moments that delight travelers. Whether the guest is celebrating a milestone, gathering with multiple generations of family, or simply escaping for a few days, Jess believes great hospitality starts with truly knowing and understanding who is in front of you. Outside of work, she loves cooking for friends, hosting, and finding thoughtful ways to make the people around her feel celebrated. For Jess, hospitality isn't just a profession. It's who she is.
Colleen Daly
Vice President of Revenue Management
Colleen joined 360 Blue in February 2026, bringing with her nearly 20 years of hospitality experience—from catering to hotels to the vacation rental space. This breadth of perspective and experience shapes her approach to revenue management: she's not looking for a ready-made solution; she pursues the strategy that's right for each individual homeowner.
Her goal could not be more straightforward: maximize revenue while always keeping the homeowner's goals and best interests at the center of every decision that’s made. It's a philosophy built on trust and defined by tailored thinking.
When Colleen isn't working, she's likely planning her next adventure, or—perhaps more accurately stated—immersing herself in every relevant detail of a destination before setting off. She has already explored most of 360 Blue's markets firsthand and is eagerly looking forward to experiencing Palm Springs and Park City. She calls Bradenton, Florida home, living close to Anna Maria Island and the laid-back, beach lifestyle she loves.
Nathan Henris
Vice President of Marketing
Nathan has been with 360 Blue since January 2019, bringing a creative, collaborative, and results-driven approach to everything the Marketing team does. He grew up vacationing on 30A every summer and spent three years in the Destin area before settling in Nashville—a background that gives him a multifaceted connection to the communities and homeowners he serves.
For Nathan, great marketing starts with collaboration. His goal: to give every homeowner's property the exposure it deserves, highlighting both the home and the unique character of the community it belongs to. His team's approach is never one-size-fits-all; they are constantly exploring new strategies, tools, and technologies that balance innovation with the practical realities of the industry.
Nathan is known for bringing people together to solve complex problems in ways that are both creative and lasting. Whether launching something new or refining an existing process, he keeps his focus on dependable execution and solutions that deliver meaningful, robust results. Outside of work, he's happiest exploring somewhere new—a passion that keeps his perspective fresh and his curiosity sharp.
