360 Blue

Our core collection of luxury properties features our high-end vacation homes in Destin, Miramar Beach, Panama City Beach, and the communities of 30A. These are the beautiful, amenity-rich properties that come to mind when you think of 360 Blue. Each home in this collection typically has a projected Gross Annual Revenue (GAR) of $150,000 and up and an average repeat guest rate of 50%. The industry average for repeat guests is 15%.

In March of 2022, 360 Blue expanded to Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe, Windmark, and Mexico Beach, offering homeowners the same exemplary service that our clients on the Emerald Coast have come to expect.

 

MIDSIZED LUXURY VACATION RENTALS

Callista Vacations

by 360 Blue

Callista features luxury midsize vacation homes and condominiums from Miramar Beach to Carillon Beach, including the 30A communities of Seacrest Beach, WaterColor, and Seagrove. The projected GAR for these homes is typically between $45,000 to $149,000. Callista homes also have an average return guest rate of 50%.

In 2021 we developed the Alaya Collection. These properties are among the finest vacation homes on the entire Emerald Coast. These multi-family vacation homes offer the best in architecture, design, and amenities, and typically have a projected GAR of $400,000 and up. Alaya guests receive an elevated level of service that includes a personal point of contact who is on-hand and ready to assist in planning a seamless experience from booking to arrival to departure. Alaya homes have a repeat guest rate over 80%.

 

NON–RENTAL CARE

Private Home Management

Over the past 13 years, we have fostered deep relationships with the area’s most reputable vendors and maintenance specialists. The 360 Blue Private Home Management Program allows our homeowners to take full advantage, offering access to the best local professionals. Each homeowner is assigned a designated Property Manager who serves as a single point of contact with the company, along with a 360 Blue Maintenance Tech. Both are backed up by a staff that is on call around the clock for any emergency that might arise.
