As you know from my previous Quarterly Report letters, the luxury vacation rental market here on the Emerald Coast continues to experience softer demand relative to what we saw in the immediate aftermath of Covid three years ago. Additionally, we have seen a significant increase in the number of lodging options available in this area since then. Inevitably, this ongoing  softness has placed steady downward pressure on rates. But this dynamic may be changing. Year-over-year Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are beginning to look a little more promising—at least for 360 Blue.
