Airbnb Designation Honors Excellence

The entire team at 360 Blue is excited to announce that the company has been designated a Superhost by Airbnb.

Airbnb bestows Superhost status on top-performing hosts who “go above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality.” Guests can easily identify Superhosts by a badge that appears on individual Airbnb listings and on the company profile.

Airbnb evaluates Superhost status every three months. In addition to providing excellent hospitality, Superhosts must also maintain the following:

•   A 90% or higher response rate to guests.

•   A less than 1% cancellation rate (with exceptions for major disruptive events or other valid reasons).

•   A 4.8 or higher overall guest rating.
