    Horrible, here is the breakdown: 1. Instructions: process for accessing the property, instead of a simple format for codes to access the garage, the building and the condo, it was written like a book. 2. None of the codes worked. I spent an hour going back and forth with various people who said "here is the number to use" only to find out they did not work....I have a photo of all the codes sent via email and the codes listed on website (via text) and none of them worked. One of the neighbors in the building felt bad for us so we used their building code the entire time because the codes given to us NEVER worked. The garage code that finally worked the person on the phone showed me how to "search" in the search tab and that's how we were able to access the garage. 3. Follow-up. Every person we spoke to took our information and then never followed up or shared the issues (logged it) or spoke to other people who worked there so we ended up telling the story over and over again. 4. Washing machine did not work. 5. Lack of blankets and towels. The best thing that happened was the maintenance person who came up to work on the washing machine told us he would get ahold of the facility manger and then everything became responsive and things were taken care of immediately. The phone support of 360 was an absolute joke and almost felt intentionally not helpful. The people who worked there were great.

    My family loved our stay at the condo we leased. It really really exceeded our expectations. Our rental had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. We had lots of restaurants nearby but we only dined at a few of them. The beach was very close to our condo. The rain came and shortened our beach time the last day of our stay.

    This is a huge-beautiful property!! Views are unreal!! We did not have the best of weather but still had a wonderful time. The beach out front is kept private-this building was quiet-well maintained and close to The Back Porch (so someplace close to eat) and close to the main restaurant row area tons of great restaurants on the water--Publix close by as well. Nice to have covered parking-elevators and carts for luggage. Great communication if needed anything!! Unforgettable property!!
