Unit 201 was beautiful! It had everything we needed to have a relaxing week. We went for relaxation and it delivered. Location was perfect. Balcony overlooking the water and the temperature in October was great. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

We have been staying at Villa Coyoba for the last 9 years and it never disappoints! Love that improvements are continually being made and the building so well maintained. My only slightly negative comment this year was that the balcony furniture for our condo was rather sparse compared to previous years and also when compared to our other family’s condo this year. Otherwise perfection and we are already booked for next year!

Great location & size of condo. We really enjoyed being on the ocean this year & not having to cross the road & dodge vehicles with all of our beach stuff. The pool was also great & never too crowded. I will agree on some of the other reviews about the stained furniture & no Keurig. Definitely needs to upgrade to a Keurig. We also very much enjoyed having the ice machine that came in really handy. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 week stay in VC 201. The condo was beautiful and very clean which was one of our top priorities in a rental. The view can not be matched! The heated pool was a wonderful temp for our small grandchildren. Hunter on the beach was so sweet and very professional. The other 360 staff we encountered were conscientious and helpful. We had a few maintenance issues which were addressed promptly. We will definitely rent through 360 Blue if we are ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful week of sun and fun at Villa Coyaba unit 201! We felt spoiled by all the wonderful amenities this beautiful condo had to over! The oversized tub and shower in the primary were spectacular. The beds in the unit were very comfy and we loved the style of the unit as a whole! We used the grills and pool often if not daily! Our stay was exceptional, we received all information well in advance and the unit was perfect as well as incredibly clean. The only hiccups were we received two different front door codes and during our stay they changed the code on the gates to the beach and didn't inform us. We could not open the gate but luckily someone came to help.

Everything about this property was as described. It was stunning, roomy, comfortable and had everything in place for a perfect 5-day stay at Christmas. Loved the remote-controlled fireplace and the standalone icemaker. I've stayed at many condos along the Gulf and this one was the best. No problems getting into the unit, no problems while in the unit and no problems upon leaving the unit. I would definitely book again.

I believe this is our 7th time staying at the Villa Coyaba in Destin? Never disappoints! Probably my only somewhat negative comment is that the carpeting in our unit - 201 - is really showing the wear and tear. Very stained. Would love to see it replaced. Other than that - no complaints ❤️

Great condo with lots of amenities. Beds were comfortable and the unit bedrooms are spread out for privacy when traveling with a other couples. The pool was also clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this unit!! Our only negative feedback is with the overall property trash situation. It has to be dumped outside the parking garage and most people take it down in the elevators so if their trash leaks or bag breaks it makes a huge mess.

We had a great time and loved staying at Villa Coyaba. We love the location and the accessibility to the beach. This is our second time to stay at Villa Coyaba and will stay there again in the future. We loved being in the unit on the end with all the windows and it is very nicely decorated. The floors are starting to show some wear and were a little hard to keep clean. We know some of that has to do with the sand and rain but we had a crawling baby and her hands and knees were always needing to be washed. We loved the balcony and the especially the view. There were lots of chairs on the balcony to accommodate all of us! We enjoyed the beach chair service - it is very nice knowing that we would have 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for us whenever we were ready to go to the beach. The young men who worked the beach chair service worked hard and were very nice! Overall, it was an amazing family vacation. We enjoyed shopping, golf, the Tiki boats, the pirate ship, some shrimp and sushi.... but mostly THE BEACH!

The end unit was an added plus to have windows and natural light in all the bedrooms. The master bed was amazing! We felt very well rested after a nights sleep in it. How convenient it was that you had a pack n play for our little one as well. She slept like a dream after playing in the heated pool everyday. New mattresses in every room is a MUST!!! Several reviews below state the same...invest in new mattresses please, please, please. The dips in every mattress are unacceptable and completely take away from the wonderful view, fully stocked kitchen and great T.V.'s in each room. Cleaning staff and office staff absolutely amazing!

We had a wonderful time. The staff is very helpful and condo is very nice, Had an issue with the internet and it was promptly corrected. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Loved the stove and the ice maker for the beach cooler. One negative is that the condo could use new mattresses. Several had ""dips"" and were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend unit 201. Thank you!

We had a grand time! I'm a Disney travel agent and have planned some fantastic Disney getaways in the past couple of years for my family, however my 6 year old assured me that this has been her favorite vacation of all! The water and weather were magnificent. The condo was very nice. The 360 Blue app was so user friendly & helpful. We can't wait to do it again!!!

Our daughter, son-in-law &, happily, our grandson & his friend joined us for one of the best weeks we've ever spent at the beach. Another grandson was able to come for the last two days as well. There was plenty of room for us all, room to cook & enjoy meals and play games together. Unit 201 feels so private because it's an end unit. The second floor is just the right elevation to enjoy such panoramic views of those gorgeous blues & greens of the Destin waters. We love to relax, stare at the water & listen to the waves. Luckily the balcony's huge with enough comfy seating for ten or more. All the rooms have the latest smart TV's. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. We noticed updated furniture in the living room. Everything was sparkling clean and worked great. Cool and comfortable! The beach is private so there were mostly families enjoying it like we were. The same was true of the pool. Members of the staff were courteous and helpful. We all felt safe there and this place is so convenient to t

My family enjoyed our stay in Unit 201. Accommodations were great and the staff was always willing to help. Used a few 360 concierge services (grocery delivery, massage, family portrait, cooler rental) and very pleased with the service. Only recommendation would be to invest in new patio furniture for unit. My family will be staying at Villa Coyaba again.

Love the new mattresses & all the new things in the kitchen. Nice new decor. 360 is so good to work with. View is great! Only thing is the living room furniture is looking a little tired. Will be back hopefully next year

This is our 5th stay at Villa Coyaba so obviously we like it. We have always been in 401 or 201. The location and ammendities are great. It does seem that the carpeting and some of the furnishing are looking tired and in need of replacement. With a few improvements the unit (201) would be in A one condition again. We are planning a trip next year.

201 was a great condo for our family. The babies loved the large balcony! The ice machine was a good addition. We loved gathering around the large dining table. It was nice to look out and see our party at the pool or beach all from our gulf front balcony.

We had a great week, loved the Condo, the beach was great, the water was beautiful & we loved the location with easy acess to everything. My only complaint is fault of my own, that I left some items in the condo, after calling several times I was told someone would contact me which never happened, so be sure to check the small closet in the master bath before you leave!

Had a wonderful stay in unit 201! Great location, gorgeous beach, fantastic beachfront pool! Would recommend replacing deck walkway to the beach with composite decking. Will return!!

This was our second stay at Villa Coyaba. Love the location, the cleanliness, helpful beach staff and our kids love to size of the pool. Both the unit we stayed in this year and last had noisey refrigerators, ovens with the numbers rubbed off and dishwasher issues. Mighy be time to start redreshing the appliances. We stayed in unit 201 and it was very comfortable. There might be an issue with the air conditioner, the righy side of the condo gets very cold buy the left side does not.
