From the moment I booked unit 206 Villa Coyaba with 360 blue , I knew it was going to be a wonderful experience, and needless to say I was not disappointed! We’ve been coming to Destin for 21 years and stayed at several several condos and houses over the years but this condo by far was the very BEST we’ve ever stayed in!! Just like something you see in a magazine! Absolutely breathtaking! Everything was perfect for our family of 9! The dryer hose did come off one day while we was there we called number that was provided and a maintenance guy was there within 15 minutes! Fix the hose in just a few minutes! It was one of the best condo stays in our experience. It was beautiful, clean, lots of thoughtful amenities, overlooked the pool, perfect Beachftont view. 2nd floor level was perfect. It was close to Destin Commons. Parking was easy. It being a 36 unit building made it easy to get around. Not congested with hundreds of people everywhere turned. I could go on and on about the little things that made it such a great experience.

Loved it. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Great location, beach access was nice, condo was well stocked. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Loved balcony views. slight issue with handle on sliding glass door, but maintenance fixed it very quickly when notified. Will definitely be back!!

Everything was great! We had the best time! The queen size bed needs to be replaced. It would be nice to have a broom. In the age of DoorDash and Instacart it would be very very nice to have a door bell! One of the railings is loose and needs to be fixed ASAP for safety.

This is our second stay at this unit. Also in 2019. We love the location and decor. I'm a neat freak and they do a pretty good job cleaning. I do agree the dryer sucked. The gas fireplace also came on and smelled awful so we shut it off. Closet door in one of the bedrooms by kitchen was broke up top. Little wear and tear from prior guests I assume. We will definitely come back and stay again tho. I'd like to see extra blankets in the closets for our next trip :)

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Coyaba #206. The condo is so beautiful, well decorated, up to date and clean. We had everything that we needed to make our stay absolutely perfect. The appliances are amazing. Great kitchen with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. We had everything we needed to cook wonderful meals everyday. The bedrooms are well-appointed and spacious. The bathrooms were large and relaxing. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. We loved reading the books and playing the games every night as a family. The televisions in every room was very nice. We loved the television in the family room, so awesome! The private beach is unbelievably beautiful and pristine. The ocean so clear and blue. We loved having the beach chairs everyday and we road bikes everyday which was a nice complimentary perk! The location is absolutely perfect. One of the nicest condos we stayed at in Destin. There were four of us. The decorations are great. It is very well furnished and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the ice machine was great! The unit was very clean, with the exception of the tile floors, which need a good cleaning. Though the TVs were nice it would be good to have a quality Blu-ray player or better yet a smart device for streaming movies on those rainy days. Unfortunately the family who stayed the week before us broke one of the outside dinner bistro chairs, so we were not able to eat outside like we had hoped. We requested a replacement chair, but none was provided.

We loved our stay! Great location, awesome large balcony and the unit was perfect for our family. These are the issues that need to be addressed: Lousy dryer....you have to run it 2-3 cycles to get anything dried. With the amount of money folks pay to stay the owners should replace it with a new one. It's horrible! Bad pillows....everyone complained about them. Costco has great pillows for cheap. They need a large skillet with a lid for cooking. Pans were very so, so Lastly housekeeping must not mop the floors. They were filthy! I had to go out and buy a Swifter to clean the floors. The mop they had was horrible. Needs replacement too. Our babies were crawling around the day we arrived and their hands, knees and feet were black from the dirt. I hope the owners read these reviews and not just 360 Blue otherwise this review has been a waste of time. We will be back for sure! Love the unit just hope they address the dryer problem! That's a biggie to me!

Villa Coyoba is wonderful. Our Unit 206 was beautiful and had very comfortable beds and plenty of room for all of us. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. Wondered if we'd hear pool noise being on 2nd floor but the heavy windows & sliding door are very soundproof. 360 Blue took very good care of us - checking in several times during the week. If there was ever an issue they were right on it and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay here again! Great location close to shopping & restaurants. Fabulous restaurant right next door (790 On the Gulf) - went there our last night & saw 2 weddings in progress out on the beach. Thanks for a great vacation!

eight of us stayed for a long overdue friends trip. we had a blast! 206 was decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. if you are planning a Destin trip book this unit! beautiful! it was very clean, and they even let us check in early! there is a cute restaurant called Camille's within walking distance. Publix isn't too far away, and the drive to the boardwalk isn't bad at all. did I mention the beach and pool.... both amazing!!!! all thumbs up from this group!

Had a great stay in Villa Coyaba 206! 360Blue was great to work with and very accomodating. Had a great sandcastle lesson - and a fun time parasailing while in Destin. This unit is beautiful with a perfect location - close to lots of attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The beach area directly in front of the condo was active, but not overly crowded (like you sometimes see in some of the taller high rises in the area) which our group liked. A little more family friendly. Our group was early teens to early 80's, and the beach and pool were great for all of us. Plus - the condo had everything we needed to also make yummy meals at home so we didn't have to eat every meal out. Appliances are awesome - better than mine at home. And the separate ice maker was a big hit. Nicely decorated. Large table for meals, or a puzzle! Did I mention the view? You just never grow tired of that view. With all of that, what's not to love about Villa Coyaba 206! Thanks for a great Spring vacation in beautiful surroundings:-)

My family and I had a wonderful stay in the Villa Coyaba, 206. The view was amazing. The pictures accurately showed what the place looked like. Plenty of patio seating. The pool was cleaned every morning. The ice machine in the house was wonderful and worked quickly. Everyone at 306 Blue was very friendly and very attentive. I would download the app on your phone prior to arrival; that was very helpful. The place was very clean on arrival. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended this property.

We like Villa Coyaba very much. Great facilities, location. Our unit was decorated and furnished with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Hopefully the unit will be kept up. Like the parking garage convenience, however, the light on the ceiling wasn't working well. There seemed to be a liquid dripping from the ceiling that took some spots of paint off our car. Maintenance was very good about taking care of request and keep the pool area nice.

We absolutely loved this condo. Very spacious, beautiful view, fully furnished with everything you could need, perfect location, private, and so much more. We didn't even want to leave the condo/pool/beach because it had everything we needed. Would totally recommend and would for sure stay here again. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room and never felt crowded.

Great location on the beach; close to anything you'd want from groceries, golf, shopping, rainy day movies, or dining out. We have been staying at Villa Coyaba for 5 years and love our experience each time. Rooms are always very clean and 360 calls you constantly to ensure everything you need is taken care of before, during, and after your stay. Would highly recommend the room and the service provided.

We stayed at Villa Coyoba #206. We have stayed in other rentals at this property many times. The condo was nicely updated decor-wise but was seriously lacking in many other areas. The wifi was HORRIBLE! We had to stand in the hallway to get a signal. The tvs were very basic. Normally we don't watch much tv at the beach but since there was a tropical storm, we were stuck inside with no choice. For this much money, they should at least have had access to Apple tv or Netflix. The washer/dryer were nasty. They looked 30 years old and the washer leaked. The best part of this condo was the balcony. We spent lots of time out there-except when we needed to check our devices as the wifi didn't work there at all. This condo was $7000 all in. Way too expensive for what it offered. I know we are picky but for this much money-we should be!!!

Wow! We had a group of 6 family members and everyone was very impressed with this property. Kudos for having such a well stocked kitchen and fresh new touches......like kitchen towels. Very comfortable all the way around. And really appreciate the professional management by 360 Blue. Everything we needed to know was provided through their app. Also really appreciated Nate who took care of securing our beach equipment every day. Great vacation for us!

Great place for a girls getaway or 4 couples! Plenty of room and space for all...loved the condo and renovations. The porch was perfect for a large group and never heard the neighbors. Having the chairs and umbrellas up and ready for us by the beach was such a treat. The only one suggestion is possibly having 1 chair and 1 lounge by the pool tagged for each unit. I know there are signs that say please don't reserve chairs with a beach towel...but it does happen. We loved the restaurant next door with the happy hour each night. (Perfect to walk to and from each time.) Thanks again for a memory we will have for years. Hope to come back next year!

This was our first visit to the Destin area. We were pleasantly surprised not only by this beautiful city but also with our stay at the lovely condo managed by 360 Properties, Villa Coyaba, on Crystal Beach. Our home away from home was more then we imagined or could ask for. Recently redecorated and updated, this amazing property was inviting the minute we walked thru the front door. With a party of five we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Everything we could need was available in this unit. From extra pillows, to kitchen utensils! to small appliances The view from the balcony overlooked the beautiful emerald waters of the ocean but also allowed us to keep an eye on our kids at the pool just below. The beach service was out of this world. Nate our ""beach specialist"" knew our names after the first day and what kind of chairs and beach umbrella we needed daily and had it ready to go before 8 am! He even checked in on us thought the day to see if we needed anything. Thank you 360 Blue!

This was our second year to stay in 206. Its very lovely! Love the rocking chairs on the balcony! We have our favorite places to eat in destin: louie louie, pompano joes, back porch, and jordanos, but we discovered Lulus this year and had a blast with the kids. The condo seemed to have a little more wear and tear than two years ago, but is still a great fit for our family. Beach was beautiful as always and water was crystal clear!

We had a great vacation this past week. The weather was perfect and the condo was good....up to date with plenty of room! Items for attention: (1) the TVs were difficult to function (2) dishwasher was not secured and wanted to fall out when opened (3) the pots and pans were old and several were left dirty. We certainly will consider Villa Coyaba in the future but may seek a different unit. Thanks you.

You pretty much could not have chosen a more perfect week to visit weather-wise! We are aware of the difficulty of the TV in this unit and are currently taking steps to simplify things. We were unaware of that the dishwasher was not secured, so we thank you for your feedback on that, and will get someone out to take care of this. As for the cleanliness, we are so sorry to hear this as the complete cleanliness of our rentals is something we take a lot of care and pride in. We have addressed this issue with the housekeeper so this shouldn't happen again. Aside from those issues it sure looks like you had a good time at the beach. We love your photo!
