DETAILS: Beach Bungalow is a charming 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome that sleeps 10 in Miramar Beach—a lively beach town tucked between Destin and Scenic 30A! This beachfront property offers incredible Gulf views with beach access literally off the back deck. Guests will love the proximity to local shops and restaurants, as well as the outdoor shower, separated deck with loungers, and a covered picnic area.
On the first floor of this 2-story townhome, subtle beachy décor creates an air of lightness and relaxation in the great room, where tile flooring and a gorgeous wall of windows provide an inviting atmosphere. In the living area, a linen couch is surrounded by armchairs and extra seating for socializing with friends or family. Sliding glass doors lead to the stunning beachfront deck with incredible views—just a few steps from the Gulf— with 2 matching loungers for private sunbathing. Back inside, the dining area has a round table with 4 chairs and a 2-person bench on one side to gather around for dinner and conversation. The adjacent kitchen presents a contrasting aesthetic to the living area with dark-colored cabinetry and countertops while providing all the necessary amenities, including stainless steel appliances and a 2-stool breakfast bar. Our experience procuring a vacation rental through 360BLUE was great! One of the best rental experiences we've ever had. The process was extremely easy and quite automated. All correspondences were automatic via email and/or text. No phone calls required. All information required for easy and flawless arrival and departure were provided in a timely fashion and provided all information needed for our stay and departure.
The home we rented was in a great location, right on the beach and within a nice neighborhood. The ocean view was phenomenal and beach access was just steps away.
The home was nicely appointed and very clean. Everything needed for an extended stay was provided. We'll definitely be looking to rent the same home again.
The only shortcoming of the house was that the rather large porch/balcony was not covered. With the heat in August, sitting on the 2nd floor porch with no shade...not an option. It would be nice if a table with umbrella were included which would allow enjoying the porch during the day an option.
The only negative was the gas grill. It was not usable and extremely dirty. We had planned on grilling a few times on our stay but that wasn't possible. The grill is extremely damaged and unusable. It didn't look as though the grill had been used in quite awhile. The lid was dented in, and the burners would not light as they were so corroded and covered in filth.
