It's flawlessly appointed with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 31 guests. An open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and expansive living areas, providing the ultimate destination for a large group. Luxurious furnishings and a gas fireplace make this polished-yet-welcoming area a perfect place to relax. The gourmet kitchen features premium appliances and a spacious island.
The secondary living area is the perfect spot for those seeking to sneak off for a few quiet moments! This living space features 2 luxe queen sleeper sofas and a large mounted TV.
Expansive Gulf-facing porches await on two levels. The main level offers an outdoor dining area, kitchen, gas grill, and an incredible pool area - featuring a sprawling pool deck, sitting spa, and a heated infinity pool. Cozy lounge chairs on the second level provide the ultimate place to enjoy a quiet sunrise. Direct beach access puts you steps away from the beaches.
Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping accommodations. On the second level are 2 primary suites. The first primary features a plush king bed and a private bathroom with a glass-front shower and separate soaking tub. The second primary suite offers a luxurious king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Three additional primary bedrooms on the third floor offer king beds and private bathrooms - all with showers - while a cozy bunk room features a built-in twin-over-twin bunk. The final 2 guest rooms are situated on the fourth floor. The first features 2 twin beds, 2 twin beds with twin trundles, and 1 twin-over-twin bunk. The second bunk room offers one queen-over-queen bunk, 1 twin-over-queen bunk, and 1 twin bed. Guests in both bunk rooms have access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy the after-dinner hours with some friendly rivalry in the first-floor game room wonderfully outfitted with a 43" television, a game table, a foosball table, pool table, ping pong table, arcade machine with over 100 games, and a shuffleboard table. Guests can now enjoy in-home fitness with workout equipment and on-demand workouts with the PRX app.

Rented this house for my daughter's wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous. The house was clean, start up amenities given and loved the decor. 1st floor was great for activities, working out and play. The view was breathtaking.
The only negative was that this huge house only comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for the beach which is absolutely ridiculous for that many people and then was charged $140 for one day for using extra chairs. I spent over $13000 on this house for 3 days and had people calling and texting me during my daughter’s wedding to collect money for beach chairs.

This property was managed immaculately. The outdoor space and all indoor spaces were extremely clean and gave an opulent luxury to our event! We had an wonderful stay at this beach house! The property is beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, and stunning views of the beach. The house had everything we needed—well-equipped kitchen, great living area, and best of all it accomodated our large family. We loved the infinity pool and had plenty of outdoor space to relax and take in the ocean breeze.

Best rental home. Being on the beach, the pool and hot tub, the interior amenities, and so much else. My brother and two sisters were there with me and we all had a blast. Never had so much attention paid by a rental agent before or during a stay. Very quick turnaround on a very few issues. I will definitely try to stay there again.

We had a fantastic time spending Spring Break at the “Beachside Paradise” house. We had twelve of us between two families and the accommodations were excellent. Very few beachfront properties can accommodate guests with wheelchairs, but the wide open floor plan, elevator, and spacious deck made for a wonderful time. 360 Blue went over and above by providing a ramp so that those in wheelchairs could enjoy the deck and boardwalk area! If you’re considering…just go ahead and book it! The house and customer service will exceed your expectations!

We stayed at this beautiful beach home for our annual summer family vacation! It was a total of 20 of us & we all loved the house, love the amenities & the house was spacious enough for us all! We stayed 7 days, we enjoyed the beach everyday! Its Amazing to be able to walk out the back door & either swim in the pool or walk down to the beach! The kids loved the game room & all the games! The bunk beds were great for the kids as well! We loved having our own washer and dryer in the master bedroom! All rooms were spacious and comfortable! The owners were even gracious enough to allow us to stay a few hours late on our check out day since they didn't have anyone coming in that day to stay there and our flight didn't leave till 6pm that night! This Beach House is Amazing & I would give it a 10/10!

Beachside Paradise was amazing! The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. It never felt crowded with our 27 people. Beachside Paradise lives up to the name. First let me compliment the 360 Blue team, Stephen M and Katie R, for prompt, professional, and efficient service. We celebrated my wife's 50th with a full family group totaling 30 people. The home is as shown in the photos and was very comfortable for our group. The beach access is fantastic. Stephen and Katie helped arrange all of our activities and everything ran perfectly. I can't recommend Beachside Paradise enough for a large group. Great home, great views, great experience.

We rented Beachside Paradise in Miramar. Beautiful home and location. Our concierge was very responsive and very much appreciated. We had a couple of issues with the house, but maintenance responded quickly and addressed the issue. The property is beautiful but starting to show wear and needs some work. Second time we've rented the property but will be reluctant to do so again because of the significant price increase. Much too expensive.

Katy and Jackie were super helpful and responsive when we had questions. It was great to have direct access to a friendly, knowledge person. The only feedback for the homeowner is...1) the listing should distinguish the size of the bunk beds - some are little kid size and don't fit big kids or adults, 2) None of the first floor windows open so we couldn't enjoy the fresh air, 3) the sliding door to the pool is extremely hard to open and close, 4) spay for bugs before guests arrive. There were 8 adults and 6 children. Plenty of room. Loved the house. Alarm system was a nuisance and exit door was hard to open. Also very little light in basement play area. Hard for kids to see in evening. But overall the house was a hit. Best house we have seen and visited.

Amazing home, exactly the same as the pictures show. This is our 3rd stay with 360 Blue and we will be back ASAP! The real difference maker for this trip was Katie, she did an incredible job with anything we needed. Having Katie available to help book activities, give restaurant recommendations, help work with chair rental company was so great, above and beyond expectations. I haven't seen this service from any other rental companies, well done again 360 Blue!

Beachside Paradise is a gorgeous home that has everything provided for a wonderful vacation. We ate all meals at the house and always had exactly what we needed to prepare all meals. We had 14 people (9 adults and 5 grandkids) in a house that advertises 31 so it was spacious enough to give all of us plenty of space. Our grandkids loved the bunk rooms and we all loved the outdoor table space where we ate all of our evening meals. The elevator was a real plus! We did have a few issues in the house that were addressed and fixed immediately after we reported any issues to Katie. We were all impressed with how quickly any issue was resolved. The location of this house on the beach was great! As we looked way down the beach we saw crowds both to the right and left of our house. But our location on the beach was perfect. There are several single family homes in a row so the beach by us was not crowded at all. The crowds seemed to be in front of the big condos. We were the only family who accessed the beach in front of our house so no crowds for us on our way out the door to the beach and ocean. The pool at the house is beautiful but it is very small. So we could never have been in the pool with all of us. Our 5 grandkids used the pool each day after the beach and the pool was large enough for them (They are between 5 and 10 years old)....but that's it. Bottom line is that we loved this house and the location and would rent it again

Our second trip to the home We had 12 folks who had a wonderful vacation The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival Katie the 360 coordinator did a superb job of being available to accommodate our needs. The private beach that comes with the house is a real winner as the rest of the beach is quite crowded. The home is expensive to rent but based on what you get for your $ it is worth every penny I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful home and pristine beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation spending some quality time with family. There were a few things that need some improvement about the house. The kitchenware was dirty and put back in the drawers without being cleaned. The elevator did not work easily. One of the showers on the third floor did not drain well. The smaller oven did not work. We had 8 adults and 7 kids in the house, so there was plenty of space. We had a bonfire and low country shrimp boil on the beach one night. It was the BEST NIGHT THERE! Sam was our fire attendant and did an excellent job! With all of that said, the house and location was spectacular! We just thought that for the price we paid, the house could have been cleaner.

This was stay #2 at Beachside Paradise. This house is amazing. Everything about it suited our needs. We were there for two weeks with different groups of family staying different lengths of time. At one point our crowd numbered 17 and everyone had a bed and a great room. And the pool.... IT IS PERFECT. We had kids ranging in age from 6 yo down to 1+. Beach time in the morning and then pool in the afternoon. The location of the house is the best for those of you not wanting to be in a crowd. The beach is all yours. It is secluded feeling but at the same time close to shopping and restaurants. Our concierge from 360 (Katie) was a huge help both with a couple of maintenance issues and rentals. the home is expensive but worth every penny! I highl recommend this home as well as 360 Blue. We just spent a week at the most incredible house on the beach in Miramar. We have been going to Destin for over 30 years and this was far and away the best trip we have ever had there. In large part it was due to this incredible house and the fantastic service and attention to detail from Katie and the staff at 360 Blue. They were very attentive to all of our needs. We were 10 adults and 5 grandchildren all under the age of 4 and the house was absolutely perfect for us. With the layout of the house and the pool and beach right outside of the house it made "nap time" shifts a breeze. I would highly recommend this house as well as 360 Blue.

Our family group of 12 adults and 7 children were here for our son's wedding and hosted the reception for 36 at this beautiful home. I can't say enough about how perfect this location was, especially since we ended up being pretty much quarantined because of coronavirus. We had ample space to spread out, the private pool, and also the private stretch of beach, making social distancing easier. The kitchen was wonderful, the layout of the bedrooms worked perfectly, the views of the ocean were breathtaking. The staff at 360 Blue, especially our dedicated specialist, Katie, were attentive to our every need. We had a couple maintenance issues and they immediately sent a maintenance man out. He went above and beyond every time to ensure that everything was corrected as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this property!

We celebrated Christmas 2019 in this beautiful home. There were only 12 of us so we had plenty room to spare. The views from the house were breathtaking. This home had everything you could possibly want or need. The pool/hot tub was so amazing for this time of year. Best family vacation ever! Thank you 360 Blue for such a wonderful experience.

We had a group of 22 for Thanksgiving! My dad is 83 and he wanted to treat us to a trip! We chose Destin because we grew up coming here every summer! I cannot tell you how wonderful it was. We rented this home to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversaries, kids anniversaries, and even a birthday! The company was wonderful to work with and kindly answered our many questions over our year of planning. The house is fabulous! There were plenty of lovely bedrooms for the adults, and lots of rooms/room to roam for the children. The deck, pool, media room, and, private beach were great. Our favorite was the open concept great room/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen was large and well equipped and allowed plenty of room to interact with Marrow Private Chefs while they prepared our meals with the aide of their ""helpers"" , our granddaughters!!! The property allowed us a delightful vacation and exceeded our every expectation!!

We had a great stay at this house. We came for a Girls Retreat - 26 women. The beds were very comfortable. Everything you can image was available, especially in the kitchen. Plenty of cookware, flatware, dishes and cups. Everything is pretty new, so it was nice that all things worked properly. We were blessed with beautiful weather the entire trip.

We wanted a house that could comfortably fit our family for my sisters birthday!! This house is perfect. 5 master bedrooms and a whole floor of bunk beds!! Every child's dream! We had a a great time and couple hiccups with electricity and fireplace but 360 was on top of each issue and had someone out quickly to fix the issues.

Our family had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this clean, beautifully designed home. It was a very nice fit for 11 of us (with 2 small grandsons). I earned serious Grandmother points when my 2 yr old grandson started calling the house Grammy's Beach House. The pool safety was perfect for our toddlers, but we had to put furniture in front of the stairways to keep them safe. We enjoyed the pool, spa, spacious deck & beach front view. Saw beautiful sunsets & even dolphins on the last day. We were worried when told there was only one fridge, but it was a huge sub zero. All appliances were excellent & clean. Even had 2 wine refrigerators -- an unexpected convenience. The 2 dishwashers helped too. TVs for everyone! Lots of living spaces!Beautiful master suites bathrms & closets! Great mattresses! Living room furniture a bit uncomfortable, but ok. The home exceeded our expectations. The location was very good. We loved dining at Seagar's and Emeril's. A family vacation

We had four families with a total of 8 kids staying at the 136 N. Beach drive residence. We thought the accommodations were amazing, and that the pool and beach were perfect. The weather could not have been better. We had outstanding rooms, the kids were situated perfectly, and and a kitchen that somehow allowed us to eat practically every meal with each other. Wow, what a property! We had an experience of a lifetime.

The 138 Beach House is a terrific vacation spot with extraordinary views through the house of the beach. Cleaning quality of the home was in immaculate order and the infinity pool/hot tub was amazing while looking at the beach. We enjoyed going to restaurants, stores, Crab Island and spending lots of time at the beach. I would stay at the resort again also recommend it to anyone to vacation here.

Perfect! This house held 6 families with 11 kids and it never felt too crowded or loud. There are plenty of ""basics"" in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool and beach view were amazing. The management group also checked regularly to make sure we had everything we needed which I've never experienced before with VRBOs on the past. This house is beautiful! We will definitely plan to stay again.

This house was awesome and my family really enjoyed our week long vacation here! The 360 Blue Properties representatives were very helpful which I appreciated. My family really only had great things to say about the house except for a few minor things that came up which included: we wished the surround sound system could have played music off of our phones, that the 4th floor slept the most people yet there was only one tiny bathroom to accommodate about 12 people (which was the majority of the people in our family), and that the majority of the beds in the larger bunk room on the 4th floor seemed like very small twins. Other than that, we loved the house (especially the pool and being beach front) and hope to rent it again next year!!

this is a great house and location. the large private beach is great, the sand is white and soft, the water in mid april is refreshing and crystal clear. the pool on the deck is a great option. we had 12 and the house was great.
