On the first floor of this stunning home, discover a refined, peaceful interior with tongue-and-groove beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and natural fiber rugs. In the living space, sink into 2 plush sofas and 2 matching armchairs to unwind with a movie on the 65” Roku-equipped TV. Past the dining table for 8 and dry bar is a gourmet kitchen with a Wolf 6-burner stove, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a vast breakfast bar for 6. For convenience, hooks, a bench, and cubbies are adjacent to the utility room, which features an extra refrigerator and a stacked washer and dryer. When the warm weather calls, a sitting area, fireplace, TV, and overhead fan on the screened porch encourage lounging in the fresh air. Outside, recline on the shaded patio furniture, sip iced tea at the 6-seat outdoor table, or enjoy the pool and sitting spa.
At bedtime, head to the second level to find the primary bedroom with a king bed and 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds—all 3 have private bathrooms and a Roku TV. The 2 guest bedrooms share a balcony with a cushioned porch swing, and there’s an office beside the primary bedroom.
The third-level living area offers extra hangout space with a couch, 2 armchairs, and a TV. Sleeping accommodations include a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundles, and a twin Murphy bed in the living space.

We recently stayed in a 360 Blue rental in 30A, Florida, and while our experience had a rocky start, it ended up being one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had — all thanks to the incredible customer service and support from Jessi and the 360 Blue team.
We originally booked our home at the beginning of the year, but just two weeks before our arrival, I received a call from Jessi letting me know that the owners of the home had decided to take it back for personal use. Naturally, this was stressful, especially with a large family and months of planning behind us. Jessi calmly walked me through our options and found another nearby property that could still accommodate our group.
