*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and management Blue fines.

*Boats/trailers must be confined under the house to avoid a $500 daily fine from the HOA. Measurements: 10ft wide x 7ft tall x 20ft deep.
