DETAILS: Adagio Beach is a beautiful Gulf-front home that sleeps 14 with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in stunning Indian Pass. This pet-friendly home provides resort-style amenities, including 3 beachfront decks, a private heated pool, elevator, and more than 2,700 square feet of living space. Beach access is directly off the back porch overlooking the Gulf!
Situated in front of other nearby houses, this spectacular residence boasts miles of unobstructed shoreline views. An adjacent walkway and trail provide easy access to the Forgotten Coast, a few steps away. A privacy fence surrounds the ground-level outdoor entertainment area, which features a grill area, a private outdoor shower, and a heated beachfront pool lined with loungers for sunbathing.
Use the stairs or in-home elevator to access the first floor of this 3-story beach home. Perfect for rest and relaxation, guests can retire to the 4 comfortable bedrooms—2 Gulf-front bedrooms with king beds and deck access, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and private deck, and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. A safety gate was installed on the deck to prevent children and dogs from accessing the stairs.
The second-floor great room is open and airy, with charming decor. Spend time with loved ones in the expansive living area, complete with a TV and Blu-ray/DVD player—perfect for movie nights! Walkouts from the great room lead to the screened-in porch, where guests can enjoy cooling coastal breezes and striking views. The upscale kitchen is a chef’s dream, with sparkling granite countertops and high-end appliances. The 4-stool breakfast island is perfect for casual dining, while the extra-large wood dining table is ideal for a sit-down dinner for 12. There’s a laundry room off the kitchen with a second full-sized refrigerator for convenience.

We had a great time. Lots of space. Beautiful quiet beach. Pool was small but we paid for the heat in mid-March and the kids enjoyed it. We loved watching the dolphins and following them along the beach. This was a very quiet stretch of beach (mid March) so it was not particularly an issue, but if it were crowded and I had little ones, I would NOT appreciate the people driving up and down the beach! My family had a great week. Thank you 360 Blue for taking care of us.

Lot’s of King beds, which is great for a group of adults in which everyone wants a king. Kitchen was well appointed. Pool and surrounding space was a very welcome and nicely organized alternative to the beach for when we wanted another option for kids or adults.

All the little extras were greatly enjoyed and the beach chair service- amazing.
We also really appreciated the way we were treated over a couple of small issues (like US getting elevator stuck!) We've had several experiences on the Cape and Pass over the years where we've been ignored for repairs/missing items or felt like we were a huge burden and even "scolded" over small things. It's very hard to upset us on vacation so we've always just apologized a lot "for being a bother" and rolled on----- but I must admit -- we all noticed a huge difference with how we were treated by 360-- like we were valued customers and like you were happy to help us. It was a bigger deal to all of us than I would've thought -- thank you!

The house is perfect and in a great spot (no blocked views of the beach). Loved the furniture and the thoughtful details like two refrigerators, labeling the drawers in the kitchen, and the floor plan. Only recommendation is to include a bit more essential like dish soap, soap, trash bags.

We loved this house! Plenty of room for everyone, short walk to the beach, nice pool and outdoor area. 360 were great and responded to our issues right away. This house needed a little TLC. It obviously gets a lot of renters so the wear and tear is expected. One shower had a broken soap dish that was so sharp, I couldn’t let the kids use it. The elevator gave us a scare but overall it all worked out.

Adiago Beach was a gorgeous house. We had 4 generations stay, and with the elevator the older ones had no problems. The beach is beautiful, a short walk, and not crowded at all. Best Vacation house we have ever rented.

The house was exactly as shown. The beds were all comfortable. The twin bunks are small but we did use for an adult. The furniture is not comfortable but if you are spending most of your time outside not a problem. The location is super close to the Indian Pass Raw Bar which is amazing. We had cold weather so we were not able to use the pool but it appeared nice. It is very small. The views and beach are fantastic. It is really nice to have so many king bedrooms with views and decks facing the water. The beach was
very easy and flat to walk. The trash was not picked up due to the holiday but 360 Blue was quick to respond and have it picked up for us. Overall we were pleased with the location and response of 360 Blue.

I love that they send arrival information by email but also followed up with a text asking if I had the info and made sure I had rented my beach gear. They also sent someone out in just a few minutes after I called with a question about the elevator in the home I rented. I have not had a better service with other rental companies.

It was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals ( although I’d suggest adding a non-stick frying pan for eggs). The pool and pool area were perfect for us because the first few days of our visit were extremely windy and the fencing around the pool area kept us comfortable. The place was clean, and neat. Laundry room came in handy as did the elevator - the elevator was a Godsend for half of our group with knee and back problems. The location was beautiful. Will rent there again!!

The customer service we received was outstanding after our original rental with another company cancelled on us a day before we were heading to Cape. The home was the perfect layout for our family and we loved being right on the beach. Home was very clean and it had everything we needed.

What a great experience! We’ve been vacationing in Cape San Blas for years and have finally found the perfect house. Well stocked kitchen, great family gathering areas and enough private space for everyone to have a place to get away. The pool is small but its wonderful. Super easy walk to the beach. Requested a mid-week pool cleaning and the crew was there within 2-3 hours. Elevator made unloading easy and was a godsend for those mobility challenged.

We visited the house with our children and grandchildren. There was lots of room, the pool is small but was good for our small grandchildren. The elevator was a nice feature. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

We visited in September 2019 with our dogs (main reason for choosing this home) and were very pleased with Adaigo Beach. The elevator was an awesome addition and the owners have everything you could ever need stocked in the house. The beach was perfect and we almost had it to ourselves. The home was clean, nicely decorated and has obviously been well cared for. Any problems we had were addressed immediately and corrected.
The pool is a bit small, we didn’t have many people and spent most of our time in the gulf, so it was perfect for us. However, if you had the home completely filled up you would be a bit cramped trying to use the pool.

THIS IS OUR SECOND YEAR TO STAY AT ADAGIO BEACH AND WE JUST LOVE IT. WILL BE GOING AGAIN NEXT YEAR. THE HOUSEHAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. OUR WHOLE FAMILY WENT GREAT GRANDMA, GRANDMA, MOM'S , DAD,'S AUNT, COUSIN, AND THE LITTLE ONES. AGES 9 MONTHS TO 78 AND EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR STAY. THE KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THE POOL AFTER BEING AT THE BEACH WHICH IS STEPS AWAY. WOULD DEFINITY RECOMMENED THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE WANTING TO GET AWAY FOR A FUN PEACEFUL VACATION. This house very comfortably accommodated a group of 12. The house was furnished and equipped very nicely. Kitchen was especially well equipped. Loved the beach access and location.

We visited this home in May and it was perfect in every way!!! Would not hesitate to return. My husband and I have been vacationing in Indian Pass for years and it is with out a doubt one of our top favorite places to just relax, unwind and enjoy the fantastically beautiful landscape. National Retreats was also perfect. Very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect!

My entire family visited during spring break, April 2019. Nice quiet community and beautiful white sand beach. The age range was 3 to 67. The house was very comfortable with seating for everyone inside or outside for family meals. There were 14 of us and we dined together either at the dining room table or on the screened in porch tables.
Very well equipped house and the one thing that wasn’t there was provided by the staff at Natural Retreats. No Problem!
Plenty of towels. We were very impressed that there was starter soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and garbage bags.
Relaxing in the heated pool in the evenings with a cold drink was a treat.
We will hopefully be able to stay here again

Our multigenerational family of 13 had a fabulous week at Adagio Beach. The accomodations were perfect for us. Beds very comfortable; kitchen well equiped; decks wonderful with great gulf breezes and views. The children, ages 5-9 loved the beach and surf and spent hours playing. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect week. We were content to cook and eat in most meals because of the comfort and ease of doing so.

The condo was amazing! It was beautiful, tastefully decorated and soooo comfortable. I felt at home from the moment we walked inside. The location could not have been better. We felt as if we had our own private beach, waking up to the waves and going to sleep with them.
The attention to detail was exquisite. Books, videos, games for adults and children. A chest with children's beach toys. (I used one of their buckets to gather shells.) We couldn't wait to open the bedroom sliding door at sunup, to listen to the sea and watch the sky fade from gray to pink, then blue.
Our favorite pastime was watching the dolphins. One day a whole school frolicked for hours in front of the condo. What gentle, peaceful creatures!
The kitchen was soooo well-stocked. I am confident I could have cooked a wedding feast with the accouterments provided. Two refrigerators. A full-size electric roaster. A punch bowl and cookbooks. Really????
I loved the kids bedroom. What child would not love running to his own 'nest' complete with a reading bed pillow and lamp?
I can't say I didn't shed a few tears as we drove away after a week in paradise.

We vacationed for a week at Adagio Beach and enjoyed ever moment!! The local support group for Natural Retreats were johnny on the spot when we needed assistance!! You cannot go wrong with with Adagio Beach!!

I visited this home Oct 7-14 with my wife and her 4 siblings as well as their husbands and wives. We do this every fall visiting a site somewhere along the gulf. The largest challenge is finding a home with at least 5 King/Queen bedrooms including at least 5 full showers. This home had 4 kings and a Queen along with 4 bunk beds so it met our criteria. 2 of the full baths were not inclusive with their related King BR and were entered from the hall (could not tell this from the information and pictures). It wasn't bad but would have added some privacy. The home had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, etc (could have used a larger pot for fixing some meals but we used a roasting pot instead to make our southern boiled dinner.
We had a couple of maintenance issues (faucet, dishwasher, microwave and elevator) but they were quick to respond most of the time (dishwasher and faucet within 2 hours) the microwave went out the last night so we noted it so it could be checked on the COM on the 14th. The elevator response time was about 8 hours and resulted in us having to manually unload up to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors - we believe this issue was caused by the cleaning team leaving the interior door open when they left.
Overall we had a very good time.

This house was great. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was small, but the kids enjoyed it. The living room area is a little small for such a large house. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen area though which is where we spent most of our time.

This was our second stay at Adagio Beach and it once again proved to be the most relaxing, wonderful get-away for our family! We have seven children ranging in ages from 16 years old down to 1 1/2 years old. My parents came with us and we all enjoyed plenty of room and all the comforts one could hope for while on vacation. The weather was perfect during our early November stay. The boys caught an abundant amount of fish, especially reds and even reeled in several sharks- on purpose!!! The children enjoyed the heated pool every day. We took several trips into town, both Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, which were fun and rewarding! We truly appreciate the attention and quick service provided by the Natural Retreats staff throughout our week. Adagio Beach is true to its name...slow tempo...and just what we needed!
