*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs not to exceed 40 lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax. The dogs must be kenneled when the owner is not present. Balconies and rooms with doors closed must not be used as a kennel.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
