*The HOA will not allow parking in the gravel lanes to the rear or side of the homes in this neighborhood. There is parking for 2 vehicles at the home, one under the carport and one in the drive.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
