This is probably around the fourth or fifth time we have stayed there. We love this place because it’s small updated and fits our needs. One of the main reasons we stayed there is because of the access to the beach. However, this time we were not told ahead of the time that we had no access to the beach. Part of our stairs have been washed away, and we were never informed. That’s part of what I assumed we were paying for. So we went and bought a 4 foot ladder so we could go to the beach. We were told there was a public access not far away, but that’s not what I was paying for. I felt I should’ve been informed before we even went down and possibly discounted because we’ve used it so many times and because we could not get to the beach. Also, I had a problem that we found a couple roaches in the kitchen. I know there’s bugs down there, but I just want you to be aware. We love it and we would like to rebook, but we would like to know ahead of time if there are problems so we can decide whether to go somewhere else or not. Like I said, we’ve been there many times and would like to come back as long as we can get to the beach from our stairs. both neighbors were able to access their beach by their stairs, so I know it was possible to get them fixed.

We understand how frustrating it was to arrive and discover the stairs were no longer usable, especially since direct beach access has been one of the main reasons you've chosen this property in the past. This is the second time that we've stayed at this property and we loved it all the same. It's location is tough to beat, the sunsets from the multiple decks are second to none. Being able to walk down to the water by 15 steps is unbelievable. The beds are comfy, the house is clean, and it's well equipped. This house has everything you could want or need, and the team at 360 are great to work with. We will stay here again in the future!

Everything, including the weather, was grand. I met my friend of 61 years there for a beach trip. We have been in touch all these years and with aging, you learn to savor time with others. This place was the best of the best. It was amazingly quiet, spacious, clean, location, etc. I would still do this all over again. I have stayed at several homes on the Cape and this is by far a favorite. Thank you so much!
