This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs only, not to exceed 40 lbs each, with a pet fee of $200 plus tax. Upon prior approval, one additional dog may be allowed for an additional pet fee of $200 plus tax.

Dogs must be kenneled when left unattended and kept off furniture whenever possible. Dogs may not be left on balconies, screened porches, utility rooms, behind closed doors, or in the garage.

Guests must promptly clean up all pet waste on the property and nearby areas.

Failure to disclose or pay for pets will result in a $500 fee per stay. Exterior security cameras are monitored.
