Take the interior staircase to the first floor, where a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops makes homemade meals a breeze and features a stand-alone ice maker for refreshing drinks on demand. The dining table hosts up to 10 guests, with additional seating for 5 at the island’s breakfast bar. Seamlessly connected is the open living area. Sink into the 2 sofas and armchair for a comfortable evening chatting over wine or watching TV. Out the sliding glass door, a covered patio featuring tables and Adirondack chairs beckons for alfresco dining or enjoying a nightcap while the sunset dips into the Gulf. A staircase off the balcony leads to the ground level for quick beach access. Laundry facilities are also located on this level.
