The home was lovely with a gorgeous view. However, we did have several issues. The first being the beach gate passcode we were given would not work. We contacted Natural Retreats and was told we had the correct passcode but a maintenance worker would come right out. He showed up the next day! Luckily, the neighbors were nice enough to share their passcode for the gate which was different than the one on our email, and it did work! We probably lost 3-4 hours of beach time not being able to get through the gate. Next big issue was a large tractor was digging on the road to Jamaica Drive, completely blocking in or out to our rental house! We had to park at a nearby shop and walk to our rental home. We had two in our 60’s and a 2 year old with groceries. Very very inconvenient! The worst part is I contacted Natural Retreats and sent pics of the large tractor blocking Jamaica Road and was told we would be updated but never heard anything. Thankfully, by the late afternoon the tractor was finished and gone so we could get to our dinner reservation but no one ever let us know what/why was going on. Minor problems were we couldn’t get the TV’s to work in either of the 2 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Also, the queen bedroom which opens to the upper deck and faces the hot tub needs some attention. The side of the hot tub is missing some of its siding and is a real eyesore from the bedroom. We were alerted to a temporary board being placed outside to the upper porch because there were tiles broken before our stay. That was fine. Lastly, I would let guests know that no spices will be at the house so bring your own salt/pepper, etc. but we did appreciate the Coffee! Thank you!
