The ground level of this stilted home features a shady, covered outdoor area beneath the home, where guests can enjoy tasty barbecue on the grill. Around the side of the house, an outdoor shower makes it a breeze to rinse off salt and sand from the beach.

Curl up for a family movie night on the comfy blue corduroy sectional in the living space. The round dining table seats 8 for meals, card games, or cocktails, with additional seating at the 3-stool breakfast bar. The chef of the family will appreciate the large, fully equipped kitchen’s high-end appliances, including a second wall-mounted oven! Off the kitchen, a cozy den with an extra-deep couch and TV provides a second spot to unwind in the AC. There are 2 screened-in balconies—the first is off the living space and has a 6-person table boasting peek-a-boo views of the Gulf. The second balcony has soft seating and is beside the kitchen, perfect for welcoming the morning with a cup of coffee. Rest comfortably in the guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom on this floor.
